Hotel has bed bugs. When i informed the manager she said she would clean the room……no mention of an exterminator or anything. Place is filthy. Argumentative and rude

There were no deadbolts on wall paint off walls TV was already on at the bottom there was a gap in the door. Bathroom was dirty. Toilet did not work did not flush and kept making noise room was dirty no fire alarm alarm microwave and fridge were dirty

This play has BED BUGS!!!!!!!!!we asked for a refund and left he gave us part of the refund that we paid! The location is great just don’t go to that Motel!

How does one motel do this? Let's start with odd...the check in person made it a point to tell us the glass in the lobby was bullet proof. Now, we are a couple in our late 60's. I just found it very strange he mentioned this. I didn't really think we looked all that threatening.||||The really great part is it's a half mile from the Rocksino. Super easy access from the highway in both directions. Lots of parking.||||The good part is that the room was large and equipped with a refrigerator and microwave. The king sized bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in! ||||The bad was that the towels were ultra thin. Clean but very worn. No coffee maker in the room. Only amenity was very thin pieces of soap.||||The really horrible part was that the 'hot' water was lukewarm, at best. I let the water run at least 5 minutes and it was barely warm enough to wash my hands. We opted to skip a shower and waited till we got home. Thankfully, it was only one night and we don't live that far (2+ hours.)

Roaches!!! This place has roaches..the pillow cases were stained looked like blood blanket was dirty! This room was disgusting!! Walls looked awful!! I took the pillows to front desk she said if I come back again I can leave! She was rude to me! She had no reason to say that to me! After seeing the roach we left..returned the key wouldn't give us our money back! Stay away that's why the rooms are so cheap..I will post pictures soon...

It's a cute little place. The bathroom is small, but if your in town for a quick visit, it will do. The beds are nicely made, nice wood furniture. It's by a lot of convenient stores, gas stations, and restaurants. Also, its next door to the MGM casino (walking distance)It's cool for a couple nights.

Sunset is a nice home style place. I was greeted by Chuck who could not of been nicer. The rooms are average but clean. Nice comfortable beds with a fridg and microwave. There is no charge for parking. There is also a nice place to eat with home style cooking called Peggy's Lunch Box. Plenty of places to eat or have a drink all with walking distance so it's also a great location. We went for a concert at the Hard Rock Casino which is also within walking distance. I really enjoyed this Motel and will stay there again . Thanks for a great stay.

This is a basic no frills motel. Even though it may look average on the outside, the room I stayed in was quite clean and the bed was very comfortable. This motel is just down the street from the casino. The motel also has an attached restaurant Peggy's Lunchbox which I highly recommend. They are open for breakfast and lunch only. I had their gyro omlet which was delicious. I would definitely recommend the motel and the restaurant.
