The refrigerator and bathroom was filthy and I cleaned it myself. I did not trust the sheets on the bed and I took it to the laundromat down the road. The people who are in charge of this Motel should be ashamed of themselves for renting a room that wasn't even clean.

The wife and I stayed at Don El motel one night. We felt very uncomfortable,the room was disgusting and smelled like stale cigarettes,the a.c was barely working to keep the room cool. We would never go back and I don't rate that place as a five star,I give it a zero. We've stayed at better motels and better locations and Don El isn't one of them. ANYONE WHOS NEEDING A PLACE TO STAY, DO NOT STAY THERE. ITS NOT WORTH IT,ITS RUN DOWN AND A SORRY PLACE.

This is a great place to go if you're looking for something that's a little bit longer stay than a few nights. A lot of people stay here for a long time, the staff is very friendly, the owner, Abul, is a good guy, they have the most reasonable rates of any place anywhere near here. It's very close to stores, restaurants, gas stations, the freeway is right up the street. Like I said, most people come here and stay for a long time, the rooms could use a little updating, maybe a little paint, but you will not find a more reasonable place to stay, and let me make this clear, there are no bugs here. You will not find roaches and bed bugs at this motel. I don't know how you feel but for me, I'll deal with a room that could use a splash of paint if I don't have to deal with any bugs. Whenever I come to town I will always stay at this motel, or right up the street at a place called the Budget Inn which is also owned by Abul, and is also a place where you will never deal with roaches or bed bugs.

Very Very nice!!! Rooms are a good size. It's very quiet, nobody bothers you. They have two charcoal grills outside available for use. Best place I've stayed and am looking into going back!!!

Very glad we decided to stay here a few weeks despite reading some bad reviews! Its was very quite, clean, with nice sized rooms. The staff was very welcoming and professional. No drugs or bugs found!

You get what you pay for, so for $45 a night, that's the experience you can expect. Room smelled like cigs in a cheap motel, because that is what it was, nothing out of the ordinary. Neighbors argued loudly for hours over gas money, but didn't stop me from getting sleep - obviously not the motels fault, it's just what you can expect in this price range. Another dude opened his car door into mine and drove away when he knew I saw him. The main thing to worry about here is the clientele, as the staff are fine.

Other things to note:
Didn't get wifi from my room, not sure if this is advertised as included or not, just something to keep in mind.
Smoke detector was missing from my room
I chose not to shower here as it was not alluring

Absolutely disgraceful. I couldn’t even lay on the bed or take a shower. Everything was filthy and when I asked for at least a discount due to the condition of the room the owner tried to make us leave in the cold at 11pm after taking a taxi here. Nothing looked to have been cleaned in years. Absolutely horrific. I’d sleep in my car before I ever stayed here again. Filthy trash extremely rude staff. Awful experience overall.

As far as motels go this place is the warmest and cleanest. Also cheap. Your heat is not regulated by the owners. The place is quiet and the owners dont tolerate rift raft. Nobodies coming up asking for a ride somewhere or a cigarette. I would stay again.
