I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and made check-in a breeze. My room was spotless, spacious, and had a cozy atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The bed was super comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. One of the highlights was the newly renovated bathroom. The amenities were very good, and I especially appreciated the fast Wi-Fi. Overall, a fantastic experience—I’ll definitely be staying here again on my next trip.

My dog and I were on the road and needed somewhere to stay last minute. This hotel was perfect! They have designated pet rooms, which I thought was really thoughtful. Once they explained it, I understood—it keeps the air clean and safe for guests with allergies. The room was great, super clean, and my dog had plenty of space. We had a peaceful night, and I was glad to have found such a great place that cares about pet allergies. Highly recommend!

For a 2-star hotel, this place exceeds expectations. Good value.

I did use my own comforter as the hotel comforter is thin and the heater can dry up the room.

There were some minor imperfections with the towels and bedding. Would be fantastic if daily housekeeping did a better job with washing towels, pillows & beddings.

overall, 5/5 as they upgraded me to a suite with kitchenette sink.

Stayed here for both business and leisure, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The hotel is newly renovated, and you can tell they’ve put a lot of effort into making everything modern and comfortable. The bathroom is gorgeous, and the room was quiet enough for me to get work done. The staff was attentive and welcoming, and the internet speed was perfect for all my business needs. Highly recommended!

Great customer service, good price. Rooms are comfortable, quiet and generally clean; there are old stains on towels and furniture isn’t brand new but it’s all functional and maintained. It seemed to me that they do care about their establishment.

After booking me into my room, they gave me clear instructions where my room was and where I could park for easier access, they were also very helpful when it came to making sure I could pay for things and were very patient when things got a little confusing, they were very kind all around. My room looked nice and clean, and it came with a fridge, microwave, a work desk, and a couple nice chairs with coffee table to enjoy some tv at night. There is a Walmart conveniently across the street that you can just walk to for your daily needs. Plus, the freeway is easily accessible.

I was in the Twinsburg area for a two-day project and needed to spend a night. Initially, I was going to book a place on AirBnB, but places were scarce and rather expensive – especially since it would have been a last-minute booking. After some quick research on local hotels, I stumbled upon Econo Lodge Cleveland Southeast and was pleasantly surprised by the reviews. I called the hotel to obtain some additional information and the woman at the front desk was extremely helpful. Upon arriving, she greeted me and was attentive to my needs and welcomed me as a guest. My room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The price was very reasonable, and I am satisfied with my overall experience. I’d highly recommend this hotel for its convenient location, cleanliness, and comfort at a competitive price that won’t break the bank.

Great spot to crash while passing through I-80 - its literally next to the turnpike but still quiet! The room was super clean, and I felt completely safe the entire time I was there. The bathroom 🛀
had a fresh smell and was modern and the internet was pretty fast - no password. I was able to get some work done and then just relax in the peace and quiet. Had
