The cleaning smell was so strong the whole time (fabuloso x 10) that I couldn't sleep. My head is still throbbing. The pillows were too small. Bed was lumpy, dipping and creeky. Unfortunately; you get what you pay for. Great location is the best thing I can say.

This place is an absolute nightmare! I am shocked by what happened at this motel!
I stayed at this motel, and it turned out to be an absolute hell. The room was extremely dirty, which immediately made me uncomfortable. But everything became unbearable when I was bitten by bedbugs. I immediately contacted the manager, and his response was completely indifferent and disrespectful! He told me: “You better be out of here in 5 minutes.” It was incredibly humiliating and completely unacceptable.
I asked multiple times for the administrator to come and resolve the situation, but he never showed up. He refused to address the problem, leaving me with the aftermath of the bites and the disgusting filth. As a result, I experienced extreme stress, couldn’t sleep all night, cried, and felt unsafe. This was not just unsatisfactory service, but complete neglect of client safety and well-being!
This motel not only fails to meet cleanliness and safety standards, but it also completely ignores its guests, putting their health and emotional well-being at risk. I strongly urge health and safety authorities to intervene and conduct an inspection of this establishment.
Such treatment of people is unacceptable! Do not waste your time and money on this motel, it poses a real threat to your health!

One of the most disgusting hotel rooms I've ever stayed in. There were feces stains on the wall in our bathroom, dried urine on the toilet seat before me or my fiance had even used the bathroom. There were medium length black hairs in the tub, and neither of us has black hair whatsoever, so clearly the tub wasn't cleaned. They advertise a pool through Booking, but are in the process of literally cementing over it. There are a TON of people who live at this location. We had room 225, and the person above us apparently was running a marathon in their hotel room until 4 in morning. Only reason we stayed here was because it was the cheapest thing we could find, and to say we regret that decision is an understatement. I will NEVER be staying here again. Absolutely disgusting hotel...

I don't even know where to begin with this flea infested, run down, second hand drug dealing, weed growing, Arab controlled, he'll scape. The owner is beyond rude. My wide and I stayed for not even a few days. Our next door neighbors were smoking a lot of weed and he came to our room for an expection, made us open the windows while it was 24 degrees in the dead of night while 30 mph winds were shredding the curtains. Not to mention if you book on a third party website like Expedia or trivago, they will try and charge you what they want instead of what you booked it for. DONT BOOK HERE. SLEEP IN YOUR CAR!

Very run down and the air in the hotel was think and stank of smoke. It was obvious they tried masking it with a very gross and strong deodorizer in the front entry , but the smell in hallways and room were thick and gross. Felt like I should be wearing a ventilation mask. The floors in the hotel hallways and room felt squishy in areas throughout. There was obvious dirt in the corners of the room and edges of the furniture. I believe this hotel provides housing for the homeless and vulnerable people which is wonderful, however if this is the case they should NOT be allowed to run a business renting hotel rooms out to the public. Or it should be advertised as such so that people can make an informed decision whether they want to pay and stay there. There was an interaction, an exchange of product and money between two men in one of the side entrances when my friend and I were leaving to go out for coffee in the morning. It felt completely unsafe. I will be looking further into this and requesting a refund, this hotel should not be renting out rooms to the public.

The staff is nice and helpful. However I've have woken up with bed bug bites. And the last time I stayed I saw roaches in the bathroom and running across the TV. The previous room had the upstairs bathroom not just leaking but pouring into our room. They had the person upstairs stop showering but didn't fix the problem the ceiling was about to fall in. And when people leave the owner goes into the rooms and I've had several items come up missing. Even when I know for a fact where they were. The icing on the cake was coming back from an outing and finding pubes and hair in my bed that wasn't there when I left. The hair was long and black and I have light brown hair that's medium length. I wouldn't recommend it if you can afford to stay elsewhere do so. The people whom are permanent residents have complained about that he conditions but since the rent is cheap the owner doesn't fix anything.

Booking . Com and myself have tried to contact this hotel. Still no refund. I have started to dispute the charges with my credit card. If you have a family then keep them safe and clean and book elsewhere. This place is not safe for young children. Ironically, I booked at the Holiday Inn down the street paid three times the amount. Found out it’s the same owners. Not sure why they won’t give me a refund when they told me they would after walking my six-year-old past someone doing drugs, and then finding bugs and earplugs and dirt under the bed.

After we walked past the drug addicts in the hallway with my 6 year old child we discovered a disgusting mess and bugs under the bed. For safety and health reasons we left. The hotel agreed to a refund and several months later….still no refund.
