Awful experience paid $200 for a Jacuzzi suite Jacuzzi did not work was moved in the middle of the night but unable to change rooms because somebody was already staying in it then they put me in that room that had not been cleaned ashtray dirty disgusting, and did not offer any compensation notdiscount on my next room. Nothing basically just told me to get screwed.

horrible services/employees , rooms do NOT look like what they present online , there also was a roach in my room nor did they refund my money for it I didn’t pay for a room there to be in there with bugs , from the lobby to every hallway STINKS , walls are dirty , like what do yall have housekeeping for if they don’t clean properly . I feel it should be tore down and they don’t care about how the hotel look as long as they get their money . VERY MUCH MONEY HUNGRY, I HIGHLY don’t recommend getting a room there

Positive: Absolutely nothing!!!!!!! This place is nasty dirty, even if you book & pay online when you get there & check in the owner threatens you to pay an additional $10 or $20 for a deposit or he?s not giving you the room!!! Negative: Employees that stayed there attempted to scam us for even more money threatening bodily harm and using a pit bull for intimidation had to contact Vandalia Police dept., they did nothing. Contacting attorney now.

Positive: "" Negative: Cigarette burns and holes in the blankets. Desk chair had no back to it. They didn?t have any body wash or shampoo/ conditioner bottles. Wash clothes was wet with brown stains. Didn?t even have a coffee maker in the room. Walls were dirty.

DO NOT STAY HERE !!! the first room I went into had no mattress and trash and used towels on the floor the bathroom had blood and feces all over the toilet , looked like a crime scene , the front door locs hanging on the door by a thread / the second room I got from complaining about the first room had brim holes in everything dirty chairs holes in the beddding hole in the wall missing drawers and handles , black spots on the sheets , NO HOT WATER !!!!! , and no help about anything when complaining about the problems I don’t know how this place is still open , THE WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER SEEN I SLEPT IN MY CAR IN THE PARKING LOT DUE TO THE CONDIYIONS !!!! I booked online and was denied a refund

This place is crazy filthy!🤢unfortunately i booked by third party and didnt see the ratings and couldnt get my money back that was a big scam!! DO NOT BOOK IN THIS HOTEL! all the building smells like rats and cigar all furniture has bad stain marks even the rug everything smells awfull they gave us our room without cleaning it! beds were undone and keylock did not work!! i dont know why city still has that hotel in running buisness i confronted the staff and they were very rude and disrespectfull they even threatened me pf not returning my key deposit extremely bad service!!!!👎

Heater didn't work. Nails in the bedsheets to keep them tucked in. They wouldn't change our room when we complained it was more expensive than other local hotels and they double charged my card and left me in the negative but conveniently doesn't know anything about a second charge
