My wife and I stayed here for a wedding 2 weeks ago. I don’t know how this hotel is still part of the Hilton/Hampton Inn brand. We both travel a lot and almost exclusively stay in Hampton Inns. This is the worst we’ve stayed in by far. The carpet throughout was badly stained and filthy. Paint and trim were falling off the walls in the hallways. Only one elevator was working during our stay and the “working” one broke down leaving my friend’s elderly parents trapped inside. The furniture in the room is dated and poorly laid out. The mattress was the most uncomfortable one I’ve slept on in years- think sleeping on bare springs. The toilet (flange) was broken and rocking on the bathroom floor. The shower/tub was so badly scratched that it looked like it was covered in hair even though it was “clean”. No water pressure in the bathrooms. And the ice makers on every floor were broken except for the first. I’d highly recommend staying elsewhere.

This is a very old property but it is in a good / convenient location. Had stayed here long time ago. It wasn’t great then but is just plain awful now. The room was small with older furniture but all functional with a fairly hard bed. Carpet was stained but room didn’t look awful. Dust on baseboards and walls needed paint or cleaning.|My big complaint was the Filthy bathroom. Toilet was very dirty and layers of dirt/ dust on baseboards. In shower on wall there were 2 bottles of conditioner but no shampoo and the body wash bottle was empty. The shower lever did not pull up fully to have good water pressure. The towels are very thin and scratchy. Only small amount of toilet paper on dispenser and no extra roll. Periodically during the night we heard thumping/ banging noise. Not sure if it was coming from our ac or outside the window.|Heard other people who were staying there complaining or just commented about how it was about worst Hampton they’d ever stayed at.|The unbelievable part is the prices they charge. AAA rate was $250 Plus taxes so it was almost $300 for ONE night.|I’ve stayed at other older Hampton properties. Old doesn’t mean it should be disgustingly dirty.|Only bright spot was clerk in morning who wrote down all the issues and gave me general manager’s card.|I wonder if management even cares or if they feel they can keep charging a huge price and people will stay due to location.|I have emailed the GM but not heard anything from him yet. |I will update this review to reflect if I get a response.

Hilton Diamond Member here. Location was close to where I needed to be and had breakfast/free parking. Those were the only real positives. Very low quality rooms. No exhaust fans in the bathrooms. Paint chipping off the walls everywhere. 1 elevator was down when we arrived and the second one went down during our visit. Not a terrible experience by any means but absolutely far from what you'd hope for.

It’s clear to me that this hotel has done its best in good faith to make their accessible rooms actually accessible. There is a peep-hole in the door the correct height for someone in a chair. Hooks are at the correct level. The bed is close to chair height. | Retrofitting a room to be accessible is challenging. I want to acknowledge that before I add my sole criticism of this space. In order to make the bed chair height, they removed one level of support from the bed to drop it by 6 inches or so. The problem is that without the proper support, the bed wears out quickly. So the bed in this room is in rough shape. It wasn’t a very comfortable few nights.

TERRABLE!!! Hotel is old very out dated and looks to no where be in “renovation process”. Check in staff was not at the desk when I finally said hello she walked out from the office where she was on her phone. Never said oh sorry didn’t hear you or anything like that. We told her when we would be checking out and that I called for a later check out. She said umm no way that’s for Diamond Members only and “that ain’t yall”. Got keys walked out side to grab luggage walked back in like 2 minutes later and she was trying to check us in all over again like she had no clue who we were. We got up to the room and again terrible, old, out dated and NOT in a renovation process. Elevator had trash all over the floor and no cool airflow at all. Room door is so small the cart almost didn’t fit. The bathroom has absolutely no counter space, tube was gross and had old pain splatter all in it. The tube drain plugged not even connected. My family and I arrived around 8 pm no could could rest we were all up until midnight scrambling to find a better hotel to move to. My husband is in public works and he said “I have seen better abandoned drug houses than this”. Will never again stay at a Hampton Inn or Hilton hotel of any kind. If Hilton thinks for one second this is a remotely okay place to sleep the board members should come stay for a night.

Disgusting!!! ? the hotel needs to be Bulldozed and rebuilt! Every bottle (shampoo etc) was out -I complained it was never corrected. The carpet was nasty. The room had an 6 squares of Tp on the roll - housekeeping is not important here.
I don’t think they vacuum the halls or elevator… ever.

The staff was great and the breakfast was good however that was the best part. Room outdated , old furniture , musty smell , carpets were stained phone in room didn’t work. The gym equipment also didn’t work. Outside doors were never locked which is a safety concern. Definitely not up to Hilton standards.

Stayed here for one evening and it was fine. The room was what you would expect for a Hampton, but the rest of the hotel was tired. Worn carpet, dingy elevator. The staff was nice and they did have a room for me at 12:30 which was much appreciated. I just wish the hotel was a little fresher. There was a piece of paper on the elevator that said the hotel was going to be renovating, so hopefully that happens. ||Pour some out for the Wendy's that closed.
