Nice, quiet apartments. They have lots of different lease types. A lot of Navy/Marines residents. It's very clean. They are mowing all the time. The grounds are well maintained. Maintenance is there quick if you need something. I live here alone with my dogs. I have never even once felt not safe. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is the apartments are a little dated

Extremely rude and if your ID verify gets denied nothing can be done apparently which is crazy and something I've never heard of. I definitely look like my ID and had good lighting. Maybe need a new online process. Sorry should've been clear, I talked to 2 different ladies in office who said I should've used better lighting and once my ID wasn't verified and locked me out nothing further they could do? So denied they said. I never even got to fill out an application, crazy system.

Let me start off by saying we lived in two different units at this place. The first one (a two-bedroom) was fine, and we lived there for a year with no trouble—aside from noisy neighbors, but that's to be expected in apartment living. When we moved to a one-bedroom, things went downhill fast. Upon receiving the keys, the manager casually mentioned that the unit had just been treated for fleas. She handed me the keys after I had already paid for movers, essentially last minute, and assured me there would be no fleas left. We don’t even have pets. Of course, a few days later, there were fleas everywhere. We were given a $100 credit as compensation and told to vacuum four times a day to manage the situation. How is that my responsibility, especially when the issue was never properly addressed?

The unit was also filthy when we moved in—lint-covered laundry closet to the point that it was impossible to clean, black mold around the vents, and mold started forming in various places which they would simply paint over rather than fix. There were just too many problems to count, and maintenance was absolutely useless. They never actually fixed anything properly. Every time I submitted a maintenance request, it would either get delayed or not addressed at all. The constant neglect made for a frustrating living experience.

Eventually, we moved out, returned the keys, and provided forwarding addresses and phone numbers. Four months later, we got a call from a collections agency saying we owed money. I thought it was a scam at first because any reputable company would’ve contacted us directly by email or phone before selling our debt off. But nope, they never reached out. They just handed our account to collections. And to top it off, when we moved out and asked the office multiple times if we were clear on everything, they said we were. It turns out, the reason we owed money was because we cut our lease a month early, and the office told us it would be fine. Suddenly, it wasn’t, and there was no communication about it. We ended up paying the collection agency just to avoid damaging our credit.

These people are scandalous and dishonest. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. It’s clear they don’t care about their tenants, and their management is completely unprofessional.

Hard to reach people at the office if help is needed or if you have questions but overall, quick move in process and great apartment for value! Love my new home

A one star is too good for this place.. Mold filled my home and after expression concerns was told "They didn't see anything" ended up bringing in a professional and found out the exteriors walls were leaking water form the outside. The entire left side of our apartment was filled with mold. Broke our lease and left after I was told "Its just mold." Ended up getting very sick and still dealing with the repercussions. I wont even mention how rude staff is, the bug problem, or how inconsistent the appliances are. Overall, its a nightmare!

The only retreat that comes to mind when thinking of this place is to retreat as far away from here as possible. This place is bad for my mental health. Just imagine living here for only 3 months and having to open over 20 work orders because everything here is outdated and broken. Instead of replacing stuff the maintenance guys leaves the problem worse off than what it was before. So now I have to open multiple work orders for the same problem over and over again. I don't get why the management office keeps closing out the work orders before the maintenance workers even arrives. For example if the job needs a new part, they say they are going to order the part but never came back and now I'm dealing with the issue worse off than before so now I have to open another work order for the same thing! I'm not motivated to stay here. I want to run as far away. This place seems like a septic tank to me and I don't like it.

The front office staff is friendly and helpful, but maintenance at this place is horrible. I had a first floor unit and it was infested with German cockroaches and water would come in through the foundation every time there was a heavy rain. I put in countless maintenance requests for both of these problems, and they would be ignored. After 9 months of living there an exterminator finally came to my place. The water problem was never addressed with me, they came in only 2 times, that I could tell, and never did anything more than leaving a fan once or pulling back the carpet once. There was probably mold under the carpet. I never received any updates from them via phone call or through the portal. Needless to say, I'm glad I don't live there anymore.

I’ve lived here four years and it’s been very accommodating. We have great new management here that work hard at making tenants comfortable. Past management were also kind people, but Scott and Allisa have made moves to clean things up here. Just like all of America, there are lots of different personalities in this big complex but everyone gets along well. You won’t find harder working, kinder maintenance men than Dylan and Caleb!!!!! Very devoted and knowledgeable men.
