As a true southern girl I LOVE these dang biscuits. They’re big, soft, and buttery. So filling that you don’t even need a side. I tried the bobby soda and it was good too but it had too much cream for my taste. I’ve always had fast service here. I can’t wait to get some for my grandparents. And very affordable! I’ve also had the chicken biscuit and that’s good too.

Asked for cut in half. Was not cut in half. Asked for light ice. Was heavy ice. Got a BLT. Paid extra for tomatoes and lettuce. I was suppose to share the sandwich. Could not share cause I cannot cut it in my car. Ripping the sandwich just make a mess and is not an exact half. Also asked for salt and pepper. But they put it on the bacon and not on the tomatoes or lettuce. I already drive by the one in Meridianville. There listening skills is much better.

I actually went here for breakfast and lunch a couple of days apart. This is the place for biscuits. Lunch wasn't bad either. Be prepared to wait a bit because they are busy a lot. Make sure to ask for condiments because they don't come with them.

They don't skimp out on the bacon. The bologna is thicc like one of those rapper guys girlfriend. If you come here definitely try one of these.

*Update* Don't sleep on the smoked sausage. It's one of the few places you can get it. Hardee's had this at one time but stopped for some reason. It was one if my favorites. Biscuit Express has got it covered and it's delicious.

My top 3 biscuits here is:
#1. Bacon, egg and cheese biscuit
#2. Bologna, egg and cheese biscuit
#3. Smoked sausage, egg and cheese biscuits

The food was amazing!!!!! Wow! I was speechless. The biscuit and gravy were so good. The bologna was good, but too thick for me. My boyfriend got the chicken, and it was better. Wow. Still dreaming of it all! So so good! 10/10 recommend!!

Believe the hype! The food is great and the employees are so nice! I got the bologna patter and it was so good. It's not thin slices of bologna like on a sandwich, but thick cut slices and delicious! The tots are crispy and the eggs are real!! But that biscuit... that biscuit was perfect! Buttery but not greasy, soft on the inside but not crumbling apart. I've been dreaming about the biscuits since I had it and can't wait to get back there for more. I'm tempted to order the same thing because it was so delicious, but also want to try more of the menu. The prices are higher than posted when ordering, but still, for just over $8 I had a big, delicious breakfast!

The gem of north alabama. The food is AMAZING The staff is super friendly! (Shout out Brenda who is always so happy to be there) and while there is a wait, it is always worth it and never disappoints. I love the new drink options they offer.

First time at Biscuit Express in Moore’s Mill Rd. The product they are putting out is so superior to any other breakfast biscuit place they aren’t even in the same astral plane. I
Had a bacon egg and cheese and it was fantastic, huge, filling. I highly recommend this place, amazing.
