Pros:
It's a great location with many stores and restaurants nearby. Price was reasonable for a room with a kitchen.

Cons:
Many of the amenities listed on their website are either broken or "being renovated," including: refrigerator, door handle to my room, exhaust fan, pool lighting, heated pool, and laundromat soap dispenser.

I originally enjoyed my stay, but as the days went on, I started to notice many things were broken. I suppose this hotel would be fine overnight, but this is an extended stay. Many of the amenities should be operational. I wouldn't recommend this hotel as there are many more hotels literally in the same parking lot.

Room was filthy. Sheets had blood stains, one pillow on a king bed, when we got more pillows the cases were stained, rusted towel rack and toilet paper holder, no hand soap, no body wash, no shampoo, one towel set, hot tub was dirty and left a black ring around tub once jets were turned on before anyone got in. Carpet and tile was sticky and shoes were worn at all times. Fridge was rusted, sink was dirty with dirty dishes left behind in the kitchen. Breakfast was lacking greatly. Front desk staff were the only bright spot in this entire experience. They were amazing and so kind. Would not have stayed if we hadn't gone through a pre-paid service. Just a super disappointing stay over all.

Most disgusting hotel I have been to. Our family booked 2 rooms for the weekend before thanksgiving. We were going by the photos and the positive reviews. I wasn’t even sure we were at the right location it was so gross!
We saw 4 rooms
- old cream cheese and a hair inside on refrigerator
- the other was so filthy
-we saw a roach crawling in the bathtub of another one
-the other was just nasty with stains on the carpet
- they all smelled really really bad
- I don’t think he rooms are cleaned at all. I didn’t even want to sleep it all looked so gross
- the treadmills at the gyms were all cracked and damaged and old. One did not turn on at all, the other ran but the motor sounded really bad.

We ended up calling and getting a refund. We went to a different hotel and had a much better experience

What a huge waste of money, time, energy. We came all the way down from New York to enjoy the hot tub room for two nights and the hot tub was broken, one of the remotes was broken, the heater was so noisy and even when we would turn it off it would go back on. I was told I would get compensation for paying more for hot tub room and it was broken, but when I asked at the desk they said no because I booked through booking.com. couldn't even use the hot tub outside because that was filthy and broken as well. Such a huge disappointment!

Dirtiest place I've ever seen should have walked out nothing in the room was good and lock even malfunctioned. Breakfast staff and selections were good and clean fortunately they showed they cared and knew what they were doing but the rest of the place needs a good makeover/deep cleaning and both management and staff need to be trained on how to maintain a property clean and tidy even if its old. Soap and water is affordable and people in housekeeping should care about the work they do and should be properly trained on how to clean. Shame because property had potential. Must have been nice when it first opened.

Room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was also very good. The only thing that we had wanted to do was go iinto the hot tub and the heated pool —and neither of them were working. That was a very big disappointment. We stayed the night of November 6 , 2024 to Nov 7. We checked out at 7 AM.

The room was very spacious and comfortable. The king sized bed was comfortable. Thus allowing for a good night's sleep. Plenty of good eating places near by. The staff was very accommodating and pleasant. Breakfast is available, however we choose to eat later in the morning.

We had a really bad week and were heading home. I just couldn't do the last 5 hours so I made a reservation at Hawthorne Suites. The people at check in AND at check out were friendly and pleasant. The room was clean and welcoming. I slept like a log! It really made the end of a crappy week much better. We will definitely stay here again!
