Beautiful hotel that is well kept by the staff. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The desk clerks were so kind and helpful. The best staff member was the woman who made breakfast! She was amazing.

Yanci assisted me upon arrival. I did not have a reservation as I just decided to pull off the road to get some rest before continuing my trip the next morning. Yanci was very professional and a joy to deal with. She was able to accommodate me, which I sure was glad to hear. The next morning I enjoyed a great breakfast with Catherine overseeing the breakfast area. She kept everything well stocked and very clean. She greeted me as well as everyone else with a smile and “Good morning “. Both of these ladies are an asset to your property there.

We liked the hotel, especially the comfort of the beds and the availability of a walk-in shower. The girl at the front desk was extremely helpful and very customer oriented.

The one disappointment was that streaming service on the TV was not available. This may seem like a small thing, but we were in the middle of a 3-day road trip, and had just completed a long day of driving. We looked forward to relaxing and enjoying a series we were in the middle of watching. We were very disappointed to learn that this hotel did not offer the ability to stream our apps. Other hotels we stayed at provided this ability. Even the Airbnbs we stayed in provided this service.

This was a quick overnight stay after driving 6 hours on I95. I found the hotel by looking at previous reviews. I was not disappointed.
The staff were great and helpful.
The room was very clean, quiet and comfortable
Breakfast was great and started at 6:30 so easy to eat and get back on the road early. Pancakes were delicious and fresh. Biscuits and gravy and omelets looked good too. The woman who took care of the breakfast buffet did a wonderful job keeping up with everything.
This will be a go to stop when traveling north or south.

The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Furniture and bathroom looked newly renovated. I appreciated the ample choices at the breakfast buffet. Nice and quiet area. Will definitely return next time I am out this way!

I've stayed in dozens of HEI's over the years and Kingsland has moved up into my top 5 nationwide. On check-in the ladies behind the counter quickly teamed up to fix a somewhat unusual reservation problem that I myself had caused when I booked the room. Although it took a bit longer than the average check-in time, they did it with "don't worry, we've got this" smiles and put me at ease throughout the entire process while seamlessly checking in other customers.

The room ( and the entire facility) was clean and modern with good television programming selections ,responsive but quiet temperature controls and very comfortable bedding. Our bathroom was very clean with good water pressure. Breakfast was hot with a good choice selection, good hot coffee and of course, HIE's sinfully delicious cinnamon buns.

The facility had close and easy access to and from I-95 but not so close that the traffic noise was a problem. There is a wide variety of slow and fast food restaurants in the immediate vicinity as well. in sum,I will be back!

For some reason in this hotel you can hear alot of noise.... more than anything considered normal. First when I go to bed I can easily hear the TV in the next room. Then at 12:15 at night i heard for over a hour and half some stomping around above me in the room above. Finally I left this hotel at 2 in the morning because the noise wouldn't allow me to sleep. This hotel also makes alot of weird noises it self randomly in the building. I did call front desk about the noise above but did no good unfortunately. This was definitely a awful experience

Our stay was amazing, the staff was exceptional, and we loved the breakfast. My favorite staff member was the assistant manager. I love how dedicated that she is to her job, even working doubles and triple shifts she was still smiling and made contact with guests. I think she deserves a raise and a lot of gratitude! Thank you for making our stay so amazing. I will return in the future and hope to see her there.
