First, kudos to the cleaning staff. They do a bang-up job. I mention them First because, as you know, cleaning is my pet peave in hotels. If it is not clean, nothing else matters. Even though this hotel is just off US 278, it is quiet. Breakfast with a variety of options. Staff there great, too. Front desk staff responsive and pleasant. Rooms have nice touches. There is a pull-down blind that blocks the view but not the light. Shower is modern with low step in feature. I would have liked it better if the water pressure was a little higher. It felt like a trickle. All in all, there are no major complaints. Starbucks, convenience store and a Waffle House all in walking distance. Highly recommended.

Very convenient location right off of 95. Quiet and safe area despite being very close to the interstate. The hotel was very clean and our 2 queen bedroom was nice. We took advantage of the breakfast and it was fine. Our biggest issue was the bathroom. The water pressure was so low it made taking a decent shower difficult - just to rinse your hair with the low low pressure was challenging. The toilet also had issues with filling and my husband had to take the lid off the back multiple times during our short stay to mess with the floater to get the toilet to fill enough to flush. We read reviews about poor water pressure when we chose to book here and decided that was ok for us since the location was perfect, but it was much lower than we imagined and that would stop us from staying here again.

This hotel is clean and updated. Services were adequate. My biggest issue was the low flow water. I understand that hotels want to conserve water, but when I can barely brush my teeth, and my shower takes twice as long, I think that’s an indication that they’ve gone a little too far. I was on the second floor. Maybe I would ask for a first floor room next time— not sure if that would be better but I guess it’s worth a try.

I have mixed feelings on this review. The hotel was probably the cleanest hotel we’ve stayed at in a long time, the other side is the water pressure in the room. The water pressure was so low in the sink, but even lower in the shower it took me 25 minutes to wash and condition and rinse my hair. I asked the front desk if there was an issue and I was told maintenance would be in in the morning at nine that didn’t do me any good since we left much earlier than that. I did hear other guests talking about the water issue. The breakfast bar area was nice and had a lot of selection, but no fresh fruit and they didn’t keep the coffee tea bar open in the evenings. The location was convenient. There is a Taco Bell gas station and waffle House right in the area. The hotel is right off the freeway, but we didn’t hear a lot of freeway noise. They have a very nice pool but it was padlock shut. I’m not sure if that’s a seasonal thing or what . If they fix the water pressure issue this would be an excellent hotel.

Really friendly staff and a very clean facility. It looked like the rooms may been updated recently. The hot breakfast in the morning was great as well! A wonderful place to rest on a long road trip down 95.

The cleaning lady took out a freshly shopped bag full of toys and important documents. I separated my trash from my freshly shopped bag. The front desk is not even sorry for what happened; they are just laughing at the back of the front desk. I had to pick it up from the front. The front desk lady said the cleaning lady had already clocked out, but I still heard them laughing. This is not acceptable behaviour from the staff. Atleast be sorry from what happened. Very bad experience so far. Just not nice.

Newer Hotel that was clean and the room we had was nice.|My negative comment is that the breakfast was horrible.|When I got breakfast around 8.15am there was only one omelet left in the container, ( which was really hard at one end ) no oats left at all, and no yogurt. I can't eat bread products so it was hard to find anything.|I knocked on the kitchen door to ask but no answer. A lady who was also waiting for more to be brought out said maybe we should go to the front desk so I did.|The Rep said she would go ask in the kitchen which she did.|We could hear the kitchen staff telling her very loudly that we could wait. |I think they need to train the staff better or get someone new. ||It is my only complaint as the rest of the Staff and hotel were great.

Nice hotel, clean, great breakfast, quiet. Personal are very nice. Room cleaning people are very nice. Guy, on the reception, was a little bit rude, but in general, we love the hotel and definitely will stop again on our way to or from Florida. Prices can be cheaper. Book ahead.
