This is the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever been in. The walk ways smell like human urine and probably other bodily discharge. If ever a place needed a good pressure washing it’s this one. Although the rooms are ok the floor/carpet are far from clean. You have to clean your feet before getting into bed. They claim “hot, fresh, healthy” breakfast and all that was there was waffles two types of muffins and some yogurt. The area around the hotel seems to be a walk ways for homeless and from appearance probably some drugs. I believe homeless may be sleeping, and going to the bathroom in the hotel walkways. Hotel is so bad I’m checking out early and moving to a different hotel. They did let me cancel the remaining night so that was a plus.

Very nice, clean hotel. Location could be a little bit closer to in town. Service is good, could be a little happier while at work. Free breakfast needs a huge upgrade. Sausage gravy biscuits taste like cardboard, hardly any sausage. No one wants cereal, we can have that at home. And I don't want to work to make my own breakfast I want it made already.

Absolutely horrible. Some of the nastiest I’ve seen really. As soon as I walked in there were bed bugs in the bed and on the pillows.|Moved to another room and more bed bugs in the bed. Rooms smell like wet dog. Showers don’t drain. Manager didnt even care

Room wasn’t very handicap accessible. There was not a lot of room between bed and fridge. There was a tub in bathroom instead of walk in shower. There wasn’t a shower chair. There was one towel and two wash clothes for two people. There wasn’t a bath mat for the floor. The toilet wasn’t straight to the floor, it was tilted. There was two lamps with no light bulbs in them. Heat on air conditioner unit not working properly. Front door to room had to be slammed shut when you go in or out. Not handicap accessible on the outside when my husband would have to either try to walk down four steps with his walker in his hand to get to the door for the lobby or goes down a hallway to a sidewalk to go down another path to get to lobby. Says on site pets welcome but they don’t accept cats.

Horrible experience. I was waiting 45 minutes get checked in. The woman from the front desk was talking on the phone and she didn’t care about customers that are waiting to check in. Also she was rude to other customers when they asked her what was going on. The room are not clean. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

We checked the beds and BED BUGS.
Moved to another room, check the beds immediately to find more BED BUGS!!!!
Carpet is filthy. Showers don’t drain. And the manager doesn’t even care.

Checked in, opened the door to an outdated room smelling strongly of cigarettes. And to be fair, that's expected at the price point since this is a budget hotel. What I wasn't expecting was the bed bugs. I don't care about small TVs, dimly lit rooms, or clientele (area is also not the best but again, that price!), the issue was these guys about to eat me. Nope nope nope.

Luckily I noticed before sleeping, checked out immediately. Front desk thankfully issued a refund.

My husband and I stayed here about a year ago and it was a great stay. Well, I'm sad to say things have definitely changed since then. We stayed this time about 30 days because of Helene and during that time it was nothing like it was before. The buildings and grounds are filthy, grimy even. Housekeeping came by 3 times in 30 days. It was a fight to get clean anything, sheets, towels, blankets... Literally anything. We were in 201, the hot water wasn't even warm enough to shower properly and the wifi in that room didn't work the whole time we were there, and the front desk did Nothing about it even though we let them know multiple times that it didn't work. Well because the wifi didn't work, the TV went from being smart to dumb so the whole time we had no Internet AND no TV. And don't even get me started on the breakfast. Which used to be pretty darn good but now is only waffles and cold cereal, yogurt and muffins and sometimes milk of you're lucky.
Not once, other than when I initially reserved the room we're we treated nicely. I mean they weren't "rude" per say they just didn't act like we mattered at all. Sad to see a place that used to be wonderful go so far downhill. I guess they are trying to be the new red roof.
