Everything I have had here has been excellent. The gentleman (little chinese guy?) that owns the shop is the nicest guy ever, and the staff are always happy and friendly too. My faves: Taro Boba, Passion Fruit smoothie, and Caramel Latte. Don't miss out on this little gem in the Food Court at Grand River Outlet Mall!!

Very very bad customer service from thi guy at counter and he is very Rude and bad attitude and you guys lost business more ! I used to get boba drink before but this location is worst at Leeds outate mall Birmingham Alabama.

i go to clay once a week so i have made it my new tradition to get boba every time i’m up that direction. I would definitely go out of my way for it. I get the Chocolate milk tea boba!!

I ordered a cappuccino, and they gave me drip coffee, milk, and whipped cream. They were out of espresso and didn’t even tell me. We asked for a refund, and they didn’t give me one.

Best boba ever! Love the baristas, owners are super sweet, and the boba is DELICIOUS. Definitely the best Tapioca I've had in my years of boba-eating.

I'm a regular here, and I've had nothing but good experiences. I highly recommended the matcha smoothie, mango fruit tea, and the dark mocha frappe.
