This was by far the best B & B ever. Michael and David was so very friendly, caring and their breakfast is so good. They went above and beyond to meet all of our needs and they knocked it out of the ball park with their hospitality. From the time of our arrival up till we left everything was great. We highly recommend this place for you and your family to stay. You’ll be happy you stayed at The Red Shutter Bed & Breakfast.
Michael and David made us feel like family. If we could give it 100 stars ⭐️ we would.

It’s so very unique. I’ve stayed at many many B & B’s in my time. This one is different in the good way. From the initial phone call until your departure either Michael or David are wanting to know what you need and offering ways to accommodate your stay. One time I even took them up on their offer to bake a cake for my husbands birthday and didn’t regret it. You never know that they are there. Very private. The breakfast. Where to start? Praline bacon. They have that mastered. It’s just a very personable and friendly experience if you want it to be or it can be that getaway from everything and everybody place. They are not intrusive but very friendly and nice. We love the whole experience and will go back.

I have nothing but praise to say about our stay at The Red Shutter B&B! We have stayed at numerous B&B's in the past, but this has definitely been a favourite. We were welcomed with a freshly baked peach loaf and refreshments. We had full use of the house which included a much welcomed hot tub in a cute outdoor courtyard. The B&B is breathtakingly decorated with books, movies and games to keep everyone entertained. The ever gracious hosts were full of information and provided us with a delicious breakfast. They even packed the unfinished peach loaf to go for us! If only we could have spent more time! Highly recommend the B&B...you won't be disappointed!

I have been taking groups there since they opened the Red Shutter. First was my group of Red Hat ladies 15 yrs. ago and in the past several years I take my Travel Group. The food is great, the home is extremely clean, beautifully decorated for each holiday and Michael & David are wonderful cooks and hostess. I highly recommend the Red Shutter.

Overjoyed to arrive at this lovely home after a long day of motorcylce riding, the owners were very hospitable and treated us perfectly. We arrived late and they had put aside drinks and snacks for us and gave us full use of the house and its facillites (which included a wonderful hot tub and a much needed load of laundry) ||The house itself is amazing and the rooms are so spacious and beautifully decorated. Amenites like movies, books and games were everywhere! ||We enjoyed the company and the information shared by Michael and David about the surrounding area and its history. I would have loved to stay for another few days as it was definitely a home away from home...the best sleep of my 9 day journey! This is the best place to stay for a nice and relaxing time! Home was gorgeous, Michael and David were so polite and kind, and the breakfast they prepared was outstanding! I also made a new friend - their "guard" kitty cat. What a great experience!!

Michael and David did a WONDERFUL job! AND, the food! They treated my fabulous husband and me like royalty while we were there for our 10th anniversary. I cannot recommend them enough. We will definitely stay there again if we are ever in the area.
