Burn holes all in the bedspread, pulled the comforter back to hair, blood, and food all in the bed so very obvious they don’t clean or wash the sheets. Carpet had dirt and food crumbs all in it, burn holes all over the tub. AC didn’t work, roaches came out and started crawling on us when the lights were cut off. Desk clerk was nice about it and at least refunded half of the payment.

Needed a place to crash for the night.
Clerk was friendly. Rooms were adequate. AC was good. Right down from a Buc-ees.
Prices were fair.

One of the best management and customer service I came across in recent times. Due to motor race I was unable to get rooms and the manager I believe Anthony went out of the way and got me the room which had all facilities I was looking for and icing on the cake was the location, right next to Buckee’s. I would definitely recommend this great place if you traveling to Birmingham, AL or around in this area!

Creepy and disrespectful service. I was told to clean up that the room was a mess. My 1 yo had his toys out and was playing with it and I explained that he said clean it up or leave. Other than the bed not made the room was not in fact messy.

Dirty, no maid service and no breakfast. They claim covid was reason for poor service. This was April of 2024. The only thing that was good was the price. Needs serious upgrades.

Older motel but serviceable. I read other reviews and see their points but some seem overly harsh.
There are smoking rooms and they show in burn holes on counters, tub, bedspreads. Isn't affecting the use of these items imo.
There are stores, gas stations in front of and beside property. This makes getting a bite to eat or other amenities more convenient and I haven't heard the traffic or pedestrian noise from this.
The pricing is below average and this is what's going to bring in the business here. Great spot if you're working in the area (fits the bill for me), or getting off the highway for a nights sleep.
