I was hopeful booking this stay after reading so many positive reviews.||Proโ€™s: location||Cons: mold on shower ceiling, key cards repeatedly didnโ€™t work, house keeping did not show all 3 days, staff was hesitant to give us fresh towels after explaining to them house keeping no showed. Very poor breakfast selection.||The mold in the shower was not addressed. I was just stared at. Front staff wasnโ€™t rude, per se, and Iโ€™m risking getting my refund back, Iโ€™m sure, writing this review. However, as a nurse, the mold exposure is unequivocally dangerous, especially if you have lung problems. There was also a sort ofโ€ฆ..excrement on the sofa couch. IYKYK.||I was told housekeeping comes every morning. They came to my room, once, at 3 PM and asked if I needed to clean my room. I explained my son was napping and I thought they came in the morning and she said no, which contradicted what the front staff said. I felt that I was annoying or bothering the staff each time I approached them with an issue, and I have never been more ready to leave a hotel. Iโ€™m a really laid back person but have never had such poor service. I was so sad.

Very nice modern and very well kept hotel. Room was as nice as it could be and facilities were great for a handicapped individual. Breakfast was a bit meek and limited. It could have been much better with the addition of fruit, breakfast sandwiches, bagels and oatmeal but the coffee was good. Best of all was the staff. Ms. Patel checked us in and was pleasant and accommodating, business like. Best of all was Dave who was just wonderful at helping us when we came in at night and at breakfast the next day. Assuring that all went well for us. Can't speak highly enough of him and his service to the guests.

Traveled on a Friday and stayed overnight. Our stay was less than satisfactory. The air conditioning was very loud, sounded like a freight train every time it ramped up...all night long. The shower faucets were loose and had mildew on grout lines. No amenities like shampoo/shower cap. The button on the hair dryer was broken. Light on the makeup mirror flickered. They required additional $100 deposit for incidentals, even though they had credit card for booking. Desk staff was nice but prefer not to stay there again.

We recently took a trip to florida. This is where we stayed on the way home. It was by far, the best value of any place we stayed. Spotless. Great service. Very reasonably priced. I wish I could stay at this hotel every time I travel. I wish it was closer to the historic district, but it's still wonderful. My business cleans hotels. This exceeded my expectations, and that never happens.

My husband and I stayed here and had a very enjoyable experience. The receptionist could not have been nicer. I called before we arrived and asked for the first floor. She greeted us when we arrived and accommodated us. That was a great start because we only stay at each hotel one night when we are on the road. For us comfort and cleanliness is most important. This place was clean and comfortable. What impressed me was that the room was maintained beautifully. The bed (mattress) was comfortable. The sheets were smooth and the white coverlet on the bed was white and looked new. I was impressed that the breakfast area was well maintained and they had Tazo Organic tea!

Front desk was very friendly and checkin went smoothly. Room was fine and we slept well. I feel the bathroom hasn't been cleaned and was sticky. Breakfast had a nice selection.. eggs, sausage, cereal , waffles, coffee juice. Lots of parking. I recommend going to Houlihans for dinner.

As an owner/ operator majority partial owner I m over the moon ๐ŸŒ™ regarding the service i received. There was a mishap regarding my administration assistant which in turn my suite was already paid for and booked I I was ended up ๐Ÿ†™ charged again once I gotten here, the management department realized it instantly and swiftly reversed that decision transaction . To have a excellent experience with the management and the staff is unheard of but traveling 6 hrs from my home in VA I m very grateful ๐Ÿ˜‡ to be so well taken care of

Very unfriendly check in experience at 5:55PM October 24. Front desk associate (no Choice or Clarion name tag) offered NO greeting, NO smile, no personality whatsoever. Although I presented my driver's license, my wife's driver's license she is handicapped and mobility is limited- she was still in the car) the young lady said "because the booking is under her name, she has to come in." No apology, no explanation, just matter-of fact. I have had to do this before (have her come in) and I understand the reason, but it has always been with a friendly desk associate who explains, apologizes, and still makes me feel welcome. And by the way, was this person any friendlier when my wife came in? Not one bit. The hotel seems nice, but the check in experience was not.
