I stayed at this hotel during my trip to Savannah, Georgia on April 5-6, and it was a huge disappointment. We arrived at 4 AM and checked out at 11 AM, and it was honestly the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. First of all, they asked for a $20 cash deposit, which I didn’t have at that hour. They had an ATM on-site, but they charged a $3 fee for each transaction. When I tried to pay by card, they said it would cost an extra $10 fee. It felt like a total scam. The rooms were also in terrible condition—pillows were stained, and the cleanliness was subpar. I really don’t want anyone else to have this awful experience. I definitely do not recommend this place

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Run, don’t walk, away and find another hotel accommodation. Requires $20.00 CADH deposit…red flag! Curtains falling off window, heat was off upon arrival at 11:00 pm…it was 44 degrees in the room. Set heat to 66 degrees. It struggled and never made it past 55 degrees then it froze up and stopped heating all together at approximately 2:00 am. Additionally room smelled of sewage as if coming through the pipes. We froze all night. Having reserved the room for two nights and prepaid I informed the front desk that we could not stay the second night based on the conditions. I was told the second night would not be refunded…a strict no refund policy. I SEE WHY! I was willing to pay for the one night we stayed even though it was miserable…but no way for the second night. In my well traveled opinion this is an absolute NO…HELL NO! Like I said…RUN!!!

This was one of the most disgusting hotel rooms I have ever seen. We walked in and immediately walked out. Brown stains on the toilet, black mold around the walls. Never cleaned.Absolutely horrible people running it. Tried to get a refund and they refused. Never even stayed in it. Avoid this hole.

This is America's Worst Inn. We were evacuating from Florida to avoid Hurricane Milton. I made reservations over the phone and attempted to secure the reservation with a credit card, but I was told that was not necessary and I could pay upon arrival. We did not arrive until 4am due to the chaos of getting out of Florida, and I called three times to assure them we were coming, and they assured me the room would be held for us. The last time I called was 3am. An hour later I arrived and the person at the front desk smugly told me they had no vacancy, and I had no reservation. Then upon further questioning he said the reservation I "didn't have" was given away an hour earlier, at the same time they had reassured me for the third time that they would hold our rooms. He didn't care that we were evacuating from a potentially catastrophic event with our elderly parents. He had no solid explanation and no interest in the plight his motel had placed us in. Do not place any faith in this motel, and I discourage you from doing business with them unless you approve of an organization that will treat other people in stressful situations this way.
Next time it could be you and your parents.

Update: no one from the inn asked me to make a reservation online, contrary to the speculation in the reply. I was clearly told the reservation would be hold and I could pay upon arrival. They are attempting to justify or downplay their lack of ethics and professionalism, and their apathy. Given that they were reported for bedbugs a couple months ago, I am grateful we did not stay here.

I like to state that I reserved 2 rooms at this Hotel but from the minute I arrived a very uncomfortable feeling came upon me and that was further confirmed once I set foot onto the property, I was traveling from Fl because Hurricane Milton was coming. The management stated On phone that we could check in early but upon arrival they said an employee called in sick and now that was impossible. There is are signs that the hotel is uncleanly and not the softest place, doors open people loitering etc. I want to be fully transparent that this is the first review I have ever given other than 5 star ratings for my Uber drivers. I know that there is a no cancellation policy and we did end up not staying. However I did speak to management and they confirmed that there was a high demand for rooms and a full refund would be possible. I would have keep the rooms if I realized I would not get a full refund, I took their word, they did rebook the rooms and now they are saying they will not refund the money. This is not sour grapes I want to be honest it hurts, but my real purposes is to save another family from a potentially horrible experience. In the end I avoided a stay that I am certain would have been unpleasant and may have left with more than I came with. There a much better options available, I have stayed in many modest hotels, the difference is the pride one takes in his business, clearly that is not evident here,||||Stay safe,

You basically get what you pay for. The rooms were decent but everything worked just as fine. Even the AC and bathrooms worked fully and were clean. There was just a problem with the bed bugs, got bitten up really badly and they really said they knew nothing about the bedbugs but offered to switch our room...We rejected the offer and just decided to push through it since we weren't there for too long and we needed a room badly from the hurricane aftermath

Great value for the room, friendly staff. I was bummed the ice machine was out of service but overall clean and fair priced.

Most disgusting room and horrible people running it. Stains and mold everywhere. Crackheads all over. Avoid this place at all costs. We walked in the room and walked out. Owners refused a refund and the man that checked us in lied about everything. Total scam. Nasty 🤢
