We were passing through on a road trip. It’s always hard finding healthy food on the go. We had the chicken pita and the steak salad. The steak salad was Delicious!! So much so we ordered another. We were really hungry. Whatever dressing they are using is so yummy. The staff seemed friendly and like they work well together. I appreciated that they were staying on top of food substitutions, like “no onion” or “no olives”. The only thing I wasn’t crazy about were the metal chairs that dig into your sides, but it’s not a dealbreaker. If we’re ever in Augusta again we’ll stop by for sure.

The quality of food here has improved a lot. The new owners are so nice and welcoming. One of them came out and talked to us and asked us how everything was. Very nice people, they said they took over the restaurant 2 months ago and so far they’re doing rather well. We will be back for sure …

They forgot the side of greek fries for my order. Also, I dont know if I'm tripping or what, but some of this food already looked chewed up. I trashed the salad, i wasnt taking no chances. First and last time getting this place.

Update: My complaint was handled promptly and with respect. I can appreciate a business who listens to their customers and fix any issues that may arise. Definitely suggest trying it out. Other reviews says the food is pretty good.

Just had the pleasure of eating at Pita for the first time. I wish I had gotten pictures of all my food to show. I had the classic platter plate and it was delicious. The steak was flavorful and the rice was rich and buttery. The Greek fries are covered in two types of sauce and the flavor combination is perfect. I will definitely be coming back as this is a new favorite restaurant of mine.

Ben and the staff here are amazing. Five star customer service and 100 star food quality. I got a chicken Shawarma, my fiancé got The big Greek, I got Greek fries and our daughter got a chicken Gyro with Greek fries. The food is so colorful and flavorful and delicious we will most definitely be returning. Ben rocks!!!!

Today I had meant to go to the mirin infusion but learned it was closed so I looked up the closest food near me and saw this place was just a minute away. I myself love mediterranean food and the only place around here I know of is Lazizas but I am very happy I found this place! As I walked in it's a chill atmosphere and a little slow due to the time I came in. I ordered a grilled chicken bowl and the greek fries and they were awesome. I genuinely enjoyed the food as I felt like I wasn't eating straight grease as I feel I do at other restaurants. The fries had a nice tangy sauce that wasn't smothering and the fries themselves had a little spice kick that I enjoyed. The bowl was great! The chicken was season good to the point I wished I had gotten to have more it. Portions sizes were somewhat big with what you pay for, I paid about half the cost of what I would at other stores. The workers themselves were very kind and made small talk with me especially as it seemed that I came into the slower hours of business. The only honest thing I would say is just some dusting here and there but nothing a simple fix wouldn't do. I definitely look forward to coming back here soon!

Loved the gyro sampler but found that my favorite gyro is the regular gyro (I like it better than the chicken or falafel but the sampler is a great way to find your fave!) Looking forward to going back to try other things. I recommend it. Give it a try. They seem nice there too.
