I stayed here off and on when it was the suburban. It was okay. The new prices and prospect of a place to stay during masters for shelter deprived people was promising. Unfortunately, the roaches and bed bugs are rampant. The doors and windows for most of the rooms have been breached or broken into and some rooms don't even properly lock. And did I mention roaches? Good lord it's an epidemic. The spark next door hopefully will make them up their standards but I see this shit hole consuming the Hilton expansion after a year. Nasty rooms, man. I need to put all my stuff in my car and fumigate after I checkout tomorrow, also, the laundry on-site sucks.

I am a disabled veteran who has stayed here long-term, but haven't had room service for over two weeks. I had to wash the hotel towels myself. There are bed bugs they haven't treated or taken care of in over a month, making it very difficult to sleep. If anyone from the health department can come by, please do. If I could move on my own, I would.

IT'LL GET BETTER AND BE REALLY GOOD AGAIN ONCE IT'S SITUATED. LIKE EVERY OTHER OLD BUSINESS PROPERTY HERE IN TOWN, IT JUST NEEDS ALOTTA WORK. NOT EASY FOR US DEALING WITH THE CONSTANT CRAP IN THE AIR,
IT MESSES UP STRUCTURES TOO.
BUT SO DO THINGS POSING AS PEOPLE THAT HAVE NO RESPECT FOR PROPERTIES OR REAL LIVE PEOPLE FOR THAT MATTER.
EVEN SO COME LORD JESUS!

The front desk are the meanest and most uncaring people I've ever met. I tried to extend another week but I couldn't get there in time to pay for the extension and they still threaten to throw me out of the hotel. Do not waste your time or money there. Please find another place. I never write reviews. Proceed with caution.

The service was disgusting they never clean our room they never give us fresh towels they try to kick us out for calling the hospital one star rating and a lady was shot 17 in front of my front door people try to knock on my front door and my door was broke

New owners are trash. I stayed there for over a year and was never late and never short on the money due! New owner tried to kick me out and gave me less then 12 hours!!! They are not polite or professional!!!!! Avoid this place all together. And there are roaches like no other they do no have any pest control ever! And the white lady working the front desk is UGLY ON THE INSIDE AS well as just ugly looking
