I can't really rate there rooms since they could not accommodate us even though we had a reservation. They were overbooked. That would have been bad enough since we are traveling with 2 dogs. The worst part is they charged us $ 140 even though we could not stay there. Good luck talking to a real person at that location. My CC company will try to get my $$ back. NEVER AGAIN will I deal with Motel 6

Positive: The location. Being able to shop and variety of restaurants. Negative: The floors were filthy. I spilled water, once I cleaned up the towel was black. I requested a non-smoking room but staff failed to provide my request. The shower floor needs to be redone. Staff failed to attend to the bathroom sink being clogged.

LOVE IT HERE. WE WILL BE COMING BACK. ROOMS NICE SIZE AND CLEAN. STAFF WAS AWESOME 👌This is a lie. The GM Candace asked me to see my phone and did this so that our rating scores could go up due to all the bad reviews and complaints. I worked at this place a year and a few months and just recently quit because she was being very unprofessional in front of guest.. After asking her not to talk to me in that manner and if we could handle anything other than the guest. Then we could discuss the issues at hand when the lobby is clear if sny guest. They are very unorganized. I come in at 3pm which is check in time. All reservations on the arrival list are supposed to be assigned before check in. Since she has been there, it's been like this. I asked the housekeeping supervisor if she had any rooms available so that I could assigned the reservations and her response was " I gotta go see what the girls got. I'm tryna get a Lil break so I can get something to eat. The GM rudely tells me to assign the rooms but as I was told by the laundry supervisor none if them was ready. At the end of it all the guest ended up with no room and had to walk to find somewhere else. I apologized to the guest and he was so nice and understanding. They are really in need of a well experienced worker to run that Motel cuz it's really bad and I'm surprised they haven't been shut down due to the bugs and mold in those rooms. The mold smell in so bad you could smell it on some of the guest that live there.

I didn't even get the room and was happy I didn't, It's 97 cats outside, and it smells like they sprayed the building and parking lot, by the looks of it It's for homeless people that just want a place to shower. Don't stay here. The staff is very nice though.

I stayed here for a week visiting my family members and was the worst experience ever. The doors were not working correctly that I even stayed inside my room locked in because it didn't open from inside. There was a lot of cockroaches even in my face while I slept the first night, floor was sticky & stove didn't work so I ate at nearby places. At the end they didn't change my sheets over the week, I'm disappointed because I've stayed at this motels but this was the worst I'm sorry but it's true. Thank you.

I've been here about 3 weeks so far. Candace and Precious, at the front desk, are exactly that: PRECIOUS! They couldn't be more lovely or more helpful. I've stayed in 5-Star hotels across the country. When I checked in my room was as clean as any hotel I've ever been in. You could even SMELL the clean in the room. I was extremely impressed with the cleanliness and the front desk service. Overall I'm totally pleased with my stay here. Im here as a FEMA Contractor. I intend to be here until Xmas and I would definitely choose to stay here again.

I had very low expectations because of the price but it was shocking how awful this place was. Do not under any circumstances stay here as a woman by yourself. Wifi didn't work, tv would lose signal every 3 minutes. There was no blanket on the bed. Just a sheet. I reached over to take a sip of my drink in the middle of the night and a roach was on the lid. I would have left if I didn't feel unsafe opening my door after dark. There was black mold growing in the bathroom and there was a pubic hair in the shower. Unsafe AND disgusting. Didn't even bother complaining because the staff was so bothered even checking in. Got there at 3 and was rudely told it would be a while before the room was ready. Finally got to my room at 430.

Horrible on every level. Spent an hour waiting in line to check in, the front desk clerk just couldn’t be bothered to help. TV didn’t work. There was a bullet hole in the shower. Found a dead cockroach in the bathroom. There was no Wi-Fi. Credit card machine didn’t work but wasn’t told this until I waited an hour in line to check in. Rooms are filthy. The smell of cigarette smoke in the room was overwhelming. The bathroom door was separated because it’s a hollow core door and the layers are falling apart. They tried to screw it back together, but to no avail. They also screwed the dresser to the wall, but it fell off. We were charged a $25 cash deposit for a one night stay, and the room had to be inspected for damage before the deposit was returned. I don’t have any idea what we could’ve possibly damaged any worse than it already was, but we did get our deposit back. There’s construction debris in the parking lot, not even in a trashcan just thrown onto the ground. The fences around the parking lot are all falling down, likely from the recent storm. There’s literally not one redeeming quality to this place. Don’t waste your money or your time.
