I only leave reviews for exceptionally good or exceptionally bad experiences and unfortunately this is the later…Stopped by this little place on the way through, purchased 2 speciality coffees that were made horribly… we asked for just one coffee to be remade and they refused because “that’s how I ordered it” unacceptable customer service especially for a coffee shop…. Had she offered to remake my coffee I wouldn’t leave this bad review….remaking a coffee is not uncommon at specialty coffee shops, sometimes they just don’t get it right. We dumped our 5 dollar a piece coffees and ended up buying coffee at the gas station across the parking lot..much better and $3.50 for both.. I don’t mind paying for good coffee and a great customer experience but we didn’t get either one of those at The Red Owl in Valdosta.

The people there were really nice, welcoming, and oh my God, the coffee? The person who helped me was named Jaclyn and I don’t know if she made my drink but if she did, she’s a wizard. I’ve never had coffee that good 🙏 Even if she didn’t, she was so sweet and I could tell through the window by the way everyone was interacting that there’s a nice little community in the space. Keep it up, Red Owl! I was pleasantly surprised!

I go to the Red Owl on Bemiss all the time and it's always perfect, but I went to this one for the first time because it was closer at the time and it was a very bad experience. They were out of large cups so I got a medium which isn't that bad, but then I was given an "iced" golden owl which had 3 ice cubes so it was warm. Not hot or iced just like coffee that's sat out. It also definitely wasn't made right either. It was sad so I'll stick to the Bemiss location.

Most of the employees are cool. I had one young man ask me if I would like to leave a tip! Big Turn Off!! Their prices are high enough, the economy is rough, groceries are expensive and he's asking for a tip? Bro, if your paycheck isn't decent then why the heck are you working there? If I want to leave a tip I will, but don't freaking ASK for one!!😆

I went there a couple days ago and they were super nice! For me, customer service is very important and this Red Owl exceeded all of my expectations. The baristas, Abby and Landis, were very kind and even helped me pick a drink according to my liking. I had a great experience and definitely will be back! I highly recommend!!

Red Owl is always a staple for me. Tanner, Evan and Jackie all display professionalism but also great customer service. My coffee was perfect and received it quickly. They make a great team!

I have been to this store recently, and I have to say, it was a wonderful experience. The coffee has a rich flavor and the atmosphere of the caf é is warm and pleasant. But what really impressed me was the pastry. They are different from anything I have tasted before - a unique combination of flavors, flaky texture, and beautiful appearance. Other brands of coffee shops may not be so unique.

I stop by frequently for a morning cup of coffee, and it's always an enjoyable experience. The coffee is good, the service is quick, and the baristas are energetic and friendly—especially Tanner, who brings loads of personality to the drive-through window.
