Very cute place for brunch! Even though it is a chain it was giving small local coffee shop vibes with a modern atmosphere. I loved that I could choose to sit in a comfortable chair or the regular dining chairs. I got the Stuffed Nutella waffle with a side of sausages and a chai tea latte. The food looked amazing and was delicious! I have the food 4 stars because before I left I got a strawberry banana smoothie to-go and it was far too sweet, I couldn’t finish it. Other than that I enjoyed my visit, the employees were very kind and attentive.

I had a peppermint mocha, and let me tell you, it was the best peppermint mocha I've ever had. My wife and daughter's drink were also delicious. We bought food also and it equally delicious. But I will be thinking about that coffee all day. 👌

We have tried cafe latte and their Barista special latte "Bear Hug" 👌🏻. Not only the food and service is amazing, the entire cafe gives good vibes. I left my bag here, Erin who works there was kind enough to find it and keep it safe. I was able to get it back on the next day safely 😊

I absolutely loved this place, I would recommend 100 percent. The food was delicious and well proportioned for the price! Our barista who took our order was lovely and kind, thank you Jasmine for making our first time feel warm and welcoming!

Dirty glass windows and dividers, torn easy chairs, trash on the floor, dirty bathroom cabinet (blue and brown where the soap dripped onto the white wood beneath—why put a white cabinet under the soap dispenser?), expensive tasteless cappuccino with no coffee art as in other people’s photos, so…where’s the love

This is my second brush with a Just Love franchise. The first was in Franklin, TN. At that Just Love Coffee it was totally different in decor, more like a soda fountain in color scheme and tables, with unsmiling servers who weren’t happy to be there.

My conclusion: Someone from headquarters needs to inspect and discipline your franchises.

This business started with an award-winning roaster who supported adoptive families. It has a great concept as written on its website.

I do coffee shop reviews. I’ve had better cappuccino for less at any number of shops, most notably at Hug in a Mug.

The one redeeming factor here was Abby, who made eye contact and welcomed people with a smile. But if Abby was also the barista, then who trained her?

This is a great space. It just needs a little updating and a deep cleaning.

So far me and my husband have visited this establishment several times the past month. Each experience is better than the last. We go and usually try a different drink each occasion and are astounded with the different flavors and art they are able to master in the cups when you stay in! It’s always a very comfortable cosy atmosphere. We are always met with friendly faces and enjoy our time there, which usually varies to 30 minutes to an hour!

Stopped in for brunch. The food was just ok. The eggs were over beaten and not fluffy. The waffle was good. The bacon was under cooked. The ice coffee was too watery and not full flavorful. The spiced tea did not have enough spice. The restaurant was clean and friendly.

We came in for the first time today seeing that it had nice recent reviews. Our coffees were nice but the omelettes leave much to be desired. The womellette i ordered had all of the “toppings” in the center, had only one piece of sausage, and absolutely no seasoning whatsoever. No salt or pepper. The veggies are borderline raw in the omelette because they are cooked in waffle makers. I’m not hating on the style, but if you want flavorful food, I’d suggest maybe a waffle or somewhere else. The staff was fine, it’s just disappointing with the omelette.
