FILTHY. Hampton by Hilton needs remove their branding on this place. The halls smell horrible, the elevator sounds like it is about to get stuck, then there was the room. The entire room was filthy. Carpet gross. Mold/dirt in bathroom on walls and floor. The toilet barely flushed. The shower head had pink mold on it and old. The faucet for the bath was hanging off the tub. The bed frames were filthy with dirt and hair. The AC was old and spewed out dirt and smelled. The bed linen had black dirt all over it. This place is a dump! Paid over 150.00. We decided to just leave and sleep in the car. Seriously, what a shame. Patels own this place, should rebrand to motel6.

This facility is in need of renovation. As you walk into the lobby, wallpaper is stained and peeling from the walls as if they had had a leak. The AC units were blowing dust onto the beds. We changed rooms bc of it and the same thing was happening in the second room. Although staff were helpful, was not worth the price charged.

I stay in Hampton Inns across the country and this is one of the best. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was served hot and tasty. Good variety of coffee too.

Room had a oroblem: the electrical closet next to the room was humming loudly. Did not want to change rooms because the elevator was running very slowly. Hot breakfast was very good. Next time I will get a quieter room not at the end of the hall. Overall, I gave it a 3. I am sure it will be better next visit:)

We booked a room at this location simply because of the price. The first night we were told that the pantry items would go to our food and credit beverage but sadly that was a lie we were charged for it. The second night we were given a room and it had mold and mildew along the bed skirt we asked to be moved and the front desk agent said that they were sold out which was a lie after checkout the hotel contacted us about a blanket that clearly was not in the room at check in then we were accused of taking pillows that were left in the room when we departed. None of the housekeeping staff speaks English and the Front Desk lady needs training on customer service skills. Management sucks at this place and the potatoes tasted like they poured cleaning supplies on them. Never ever again.

I had to evacuate the Sarasota area because of Milton. I wanted to be west of Tallahassee. I saw the Hampton inn exit and tried my luck. The ladies at the front desk were fantastic. I was able to get a room for the amount of time I needed. They were very courteous and helpful. The rest of the staff is very nice and say hi how are you. It may not sound like much but when you are worried about your house and neighbors, it means a lot . I had a great experience and thank you.

A very nice place, clean well appointed rooms. When you turn on the TV your first name is displayed welcoming you. Nice touch. I don't usually eat breakfast but they even had a waffle maker and two different batters to try. The boiled eggs were to my liking and not over cooked. A snack area to purchase candy bars ,chips and things. I probably should have stayed a couple of days. The gym has a treadmill and other equipment. They even had a business center w/ computer access ! The outdoor pool looked like a comfortable area to relax. I am notating this as a stop in my travels...

We stayed here so we could see snow in Florida! The rooms were spacious and clean. The breakfast was fantastic!
