Absolutely wonderful first night!!!!!!!!
I told the lady that I could not climb stairs, she put me in the handicap room. I see reviews stating dirty, old, dated, bugs -both bed and roaches. Owner replies were “canned”. Unless platitudes. The
The room was recently renovated, by total amateurs, but it wasn’t that bad. They did a BEAUTIFUL job on the lobby. Refrigerator but no microwave, “they haven’t bought them yet”. I’m having to buy one myself or eat fast food for weeks. Toilet had to be plunged, shower is a walk in, the shower head is a handheld type with a couple of hangers for it. The water makes the head move so it squirts water into the rest of the bathroom. When you get out watch out or you’ll slip and fall.
I put the refrigerator in the cabinet, where it’s supposed to be but wasn’t, and found not only bugs, but a dozen cockroach’s. I killed 3. Yes I have pictures.
Absolutely no storage here for your things, but with the bugs, that might be a blessing. What’s been created here is a luxurious lobby area and quarters for the staff and minimalist for the paying guests.
Yeah, all this and a 30 minute drive twice a day to work.

The staff is great. The hotel, not so much. I would never stay again Unless, a whole total makeover was Completed. There was cobwebs in the corners and ceiling , gurgling toilet all night. I didn’t even really wanna walk on the floor. It felt grungy and it’s at a major Truckstop.

BEDBUGS! DO NOT GO HERE!
Pulled in here with a group for a hunting retreat for children with cancer. The room had bedbugs.
I went to the front to show them, and she just nonchalantly said "ive canceled your reservation for you, and I'll let the manager know. Have a nice day." No customer service to help remedy the situation which tells me they know they have a problem there and just keep renting the rooms out.
The room also smelled like mold, and the front office even had wallpaper falling off the walls with mold visible behind it.
This place is a public health issue.

Staff at check in were very friendly and room was clean/comfy. The TV didn't work, internet down the whole time, and no hot breakfast. For $100/night you'd expect to have these amenities.

Stayed here for two nights traveled 5 hours from Florida got there 8 at night with 7 kids that have been in a car. The kids where taking baths and just moving stretching there legs after a 5 hour car ride next thing you know we get a knock on the door saying it’s to much moving going on so we de-escalated the situation and separated the kids and made everybody lay down. 5 minutes later the lady that was in the front comes knocking on the door saying we need to leave and had the manager on the phone saying they where gonna call the police. I will be posting the video on tik-tok but 10/10 do not recommended staying here if you have children, the room wasn’t even clean enough, tv barley worked and the wifi didn’t work at all. Can’t post video on here but will post on Tik Tok

When we walked in I immediately noticed a black mark on my white cover. It turned out to me charcoal like from a cigar. On day 2 there were spiders in the corner of the room and thick dust on every place above your head. I also had to kill two spiders in the corner. We asked for them to please come, dust, clean and change the AC filter if possible as my asthma was bad. They asked if we would be gone long and we let them know to take there time. We returned with our beds made (same black spot) new towels and thats it. The floors were not swept nor mopped. No dusting was done. The night before we left we opened our fridge to a roach inside. We threw out the contents. Why is it so hard for people to clean properly. I am sure all the crumbs and dirt are still under all the furniture for the next guests. Also, an apology is sometimes not enough. A partial refund would be appropriate in some cases where your employee ignored our request causing our trip to not be as enjoyable since I couldn't breathe.

This motel is outdated and there price is way to high for the older motel it is! Wasn’t gonna go here because of all the bad reviews but they were the only ones that weren’t booked up so I got a room there! But I’ll think twice before staying here again!

Great location off of I16 in Metter, employees friendly and professional, room was clean and quiet, breakfast was small so if you want more Waffle House, Bevericks or McDonalds and other places in close proximity. Otherwise, good place for traveler to rest!
