I recently had the pleasure of dining at Gigi's in Reidsville, GA, and I have to say that it was an absolutely fantastic experience. The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was top-notch.
My husband and I both ordered the bacon cheeseburgers, and they were some of the best burgers we've ever had. The patties were juicy and flavorful, and the bacon was perfectly crispy. The potato logs were also amazing - they were crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside.
The service at Gigi's was also exceptional. Our server was friendly and attentive, and she made sure that we had everything we needed.

Great place for food, I had a ribeye steak sandwich for $11. Are you kidding me, why ever go to McDonald’s! The food was delicious and I must have had 4-5 waitresses and even the cook come and ask me how everything was. Will go back when I’m in the area for sure

This place is amazing - they offer daily specials along with their regular menu items. Today's special was a hamburger steak, which was handmade rather than frozen, served with mashed potatoes and green beans. All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, but Joy went over the top to make us feel like at home. I am delighted that Reidsville has a restaurant with great food and an exceptional staff. I almost forgot to mention that the homemade cheesecake is truly outstanding.

My husband was having surgery at the hospital down the road, and I needed lunch. This place was amazing! Everyone was friendly, the service was fast, and the ribeye wrap with the okra was perfectly delicious! I wish we lived closer because I would definitely be a regular.

Food and service was over the top. Ribeyes are like extra large and cooked to perfection. Maybe the best scrimp flavor I’ve ever had and the loaded potatoes we marvelous.

Great atmosphere to dine in with friendly and pleasant employees. The food was excellent 👍 and the price was very reasonable. The staff were kind and checked on us a few times to make sure we did not need anything. I had the fried fish dinner and my son had a cheeseburger.
I will not hesitate to post this place again to grab something to eat.

I wanted to be impressed, but between the choices/color of some of the meat and the staff in general, I wasn't. I've worked in retail and customer service pretty much my entire life and what I saw was unprofessional to say the least.
When I first walked in I loved the set up. The decor and everything is quite nice to be honest. However it took over 15 minutes to be waited on at the meat counter even though multiple people were working. Apparently it took 3 people to work the register for one person...
The meat selection was sparse, and some cuts were gray. Not exactly appealing. In the cold case to the right, which I didn't take a picture of, there were pre-formed patties that were completely gray.
The most unprofessional was the chatting between the workers and customers after they had finished while I was waiting to pay. The women (older teens) ahead of me had all ordered frozen drinks and were talking with the other women working there. Luckily the cashier realized I was there and asked them to move.
I'm a little surprised to find this place is kind of a local hang out, but stranger things have happened.
If I go back, I'll be sure to go during school hours.

We had a wonderful lunch. Hamburger steaks with mashed potatoes and gravy. Staff were very friendly and food came out fast. We will be back.
