First off it’s okay if it’s your last resort and have to do what you have to do. It’s a run down building Barry holding up. It’s mold, rotten, and torn down. The lights cut off in most rooms due to wiring. It’s mold in the carpet and walls. The man AMIR who works for the owner is very rude, he harasses tenants, and is cheap. He doesn’t want to fix anything that is broken which is pretty much everything. It’s a dope hole pretty much. Smokers are in and out. It’s becoming roach infested. The ceiling is falling apart on the inside and out.

The building in my opinion should be condemned by the Public HEALTH Nurse! I believe that I was bitten by a Zeka virus carrying flying insect? I saw Bed Bugs on the ceiling READY to feed on any guest entering the building! GHETTO FABULOUS? NOT!

The Irwin Bridge Inn in Conyers, GA does not have a restroom for each room. It only has 4 restrooms for the 20 rooms it has. The place has mold in the carpet, cockroach infestation in every room, which you see the white powder around the rooms and near the floors near each entry door. Has a lot of rotted wood throughout the building due to toilets being clogged and backing up into the building. I think it must have a pipe clogged or broken under the building. This is the reason why you only see three or four cars each time you drive by the building. Stay far away from the building and this business. They have the worst customer service and never pick up or answer the phones when you call. I know that even the planning and code enforcement has came by this facility to correct the number of issues it has.
