Not a lot of noise and loitering. You have to expect, the issues. I have been here for a while. @ $800 or so, You can't beat it. The price includes, no bills for ,water, gas electricity cable and internet (which is horrible ), Housekeeping, I do my own, so not looking to them to keep my room clean. I spray for bugs on a regular. Down to a very few. Staff is alright, some better than others. Therefore it's cheap but horrible.

God speaks to me through my conscience, so I knew to not stay here and I did anyway. I was taking a nap and when I woke up, BUGS! I packed my bags so quick like an outlaw, and I don't even know the man who works the front desk, but he's not friendly at all. They came and checked in and basically didn't value my concern. I decided to go to Walmart and buy some bug spray and some Lysol because I didn't trust NOTHING! There ia no shower head and the base of it is taped up. I cannot wait until my week is up. The only two pros to this piece of crap is that they have cable and it's cheap. I will pay more to have a piece of mind and cleanliness. I pray that I have a good sleep because this is ridiculous. If you are low on cash and you don't mind bugs, you will have a lovely stay. If not, you're better off in the streets.

I called this hotel to find out some information about rates etc...I attempted to three way my husband to also ask some questions for the weekend of Aug 22. The man that answered the phone at the hotel desk named Robert (hopefully that's his true name) was not being patient nor courteous in waiting for my husband to ask him some questions. Robert was being very rude to us by saying huh! and hung up the phone, that's the first time. We called back and my husband asked him was he the one that hung up the phone and he said he was very busy and what do you want! My husband let him know he is not a child and not to talk to him in an unprofessional manner. Robert told my husband that he's very busy and he needs to tell him what he wants and was over talking my husband as I'm on the line listening to his rude behavior to my husband. Then Robert hung up on us again second time. All we wanted to do is get simple information and this man was treating us so badly that I will never stay at this hotel and the company shouldn't employ such rude people as their front line because front line is everything to a company but to have such a rude experience with this person made me change my mind about this hotel and I started looking for another hotel else where. If you call this hotel hopefully you wont get this rude employee that claims to be the manager and very unprofessional person name Robert.

This hotel is full of drug addicts and drug dealers and prostitutes! The manager is rude but nice to the ones he like and if you move in it's just like living in the hood! Make sure u bring spray and do it yourself and inspect your room carefully before paying! Stay in the front if u chose to rent!

The rooms are clean. I guess it's just the old cliche you get what you pay for. The staff is friendly. They have security at night. The beds are a bit hard. Just wasn't a place for me. But on a really tight budget, this motel would probably be the best on memorial drive.

Overall not surprised at condition of hotel, you literally get what you pay for. There were roaches in the rooms as well as broken appliances. Some staff was nice, maintenance needs to be upgraded.

The mangers at this place , or very cold hearted and nasty! That includes the owner. The house keepers, Mrs patty, Tamika, Mr Robert, Mr Terry, Ms Cheryl. They all got together, call there self. Putting there heads together. To find fault in my husband Lawrence, + myself to find a reason to put myself, my husband, my 8 yr old son out into the streets. With know were to go. They claim that our room was not clean. Which was false. Really it was we was demanding them to treat our room for bedbugs. They told us that we already place us in 3 rooms already. In other words why are we still complaining. They treated the first room. And that was only because Ms Lisa was here. And they had a nerve to get rid of her. Ms Lisa would have never allow a room to go untreated. They treated that only room 2 Times. And the bugs still remain. The whole rooms or bug infested. My prayer is that the health department would come out here. To straightening this out. The owner and manger , wanted to put my husband and I + son out in the cold one day before thanksgiving. And we had already payed for the whole month. The day that they told us about our room was not clean, In the same day they stated doing inspection.I have been there 1yr. Why start now to inspect the rooms. They are already run down. I had to call the police, in order to keep them from throwing us out. They did up the days, to 3 more days. But that was not right we already payed our rent for that whole month. But God has the last say so. The police said to take them to court. Because that was not there field. Crazy right. My son face broke out really bad because of the bedbugs our here. The owner, Mr Robert, Ms Cheryl, Mrs Patty Ms Tamika Mr Terry. They all Will reap exactly what they sowed. God have the final word. Thanks to God we, was not broke like they thought we was. So our family got the victory anyway. Please if you are a christian this would be the wrong place to go. And for a person that's not save, and have kids. Please don't come. This is truth from a real Christian. So now my family is across the street from this place. That is only temporary. We are going home next to our state. So if anybody our there that read this, please send help for the people over there. They don't stand up, because some of them cannot afford to move especially those with kids. And my prayer is that things would change at all nasty, bug infested motels. Loretta Edwards. May these words change things . November 29 2014
