5 stars across the board! This is a great place to stay. From the Front Desk associates (Nadine, Shaquetta), the breakfast attendant (Ange), and housekeeping. My family and I felt very at home. Thank you all so much for an unforgettable experience. We will be back! :)))

Over 30 minutes to check in due to confusion over who paid for my pet. My requesting agent made it clear I needed a room on top floor. Booked well in advance. Given room on 3rd floor which was a horrible nightmare with kids constantly running in suite above me. Called front desk numerous times between 11pm and 2am with no resolution. Noise started again at 6am.
