I’m an international traveler and I have never been treated so rude by the night manager, as well as the day manager. I asked for clean towels. They told me to go buy some. In the morning they were out of coffee. I asked the day manager if I could get some coffee and she said you just saw me walk in. We’re out of coffee at 5 o’clock in the morning, the people below us were screaming and yelling pulled a gun on each other. I called 911 and the place is so horrible. The police didn’t even show up. if you wanna jeopardize your safety and be treated like a stepchild, go ahead and stay there otherwise stay the hell away. Nasty ass place I’ve ever been in.

Good enough. Very nice people running a big place that's hard to keep perfect. No complaints. Good breakfast, a humble happy hour. Great spot in walking distance of many cool businesses.

We have stayed at this hotel in the past and it wasn’t a bad stay. We were late scheduling a stay during a trip to Florida and most hotels in Valdosta were filled on this Saturday evening. This one had a couple rooms left and we reserved one. Mistake, should have continued down the road. Room 256, last room on the second floor, and absolutely filthy. Horizontal surfaces like lamp bases and shelves were covered with dust. The drawers in the bed stands had trash and pennies left in them. When we closed the bathroom door, there was filth behind the door that hadn’t been cleaned up. The HVAC unit was crooked and the vents were so covered with dirt, I didn’t turn the fan on for fear it would become airborne. The sheets were clean, so we stayed the night. I gave the desk clerk a list of issues with the room as we checked out and received a shrug and an “OK” as a response.||We don’t know how this place is still a Quality Inn. We will never stay there again.

Day manager was great. Night manager just grouchy. First room we could not open the door. We were told it was “tricky “ , mold in second room. the shower tiles were stinky. I killed several cockroaches. Bath wall board totally soft and deformed. The bed was great. Basically a dump and poorly maintained. Not Quality Inn worthy.

Hell no! If you decide to stay here, forget it. I understand old hotels, I do not understand dirty hotels! I reserved King room, they gave me queen…the room was dirty and some stuff was broken or missed (no
Microwave in the room and no iron). The bed was okay only the blanket was with spots. Bathroom was with hairs and some dirty, toilet as well. Smell in the room is bad! Breakfast is okay, only bread, cereals and oatmeal’s, for drinks some juices and coffee. Area around walkable but some garbage on the grass. I paid 87$ for 1 night and 25$ for pet, this is not price worth at all!!

Not clean, clearly not well maintained, tv didn’t work, ring around the toilet. Horrible experience at check-in, front desk not helpful when she couldn’t find reservation. Gave me the key to a room that already had a guest in it when I tried to use the key. Woken up by other guests honking repeatedly and yelling at 6 am. Spend your money elsewhere.

Our room was horrible! While the bed had been made the room itself was not clean. There was hair scattered in the bathtub and it had tiles missing exposing the wall behind it. The microwave, TV and mini fridge were covered in grime and crumbs and I am not sure what else. When we actually checked the bed we discovered hairs and dirt all in the sheets. No one deserves to stay in a room this horrible. It was not about recent hurricane damage, the layers of grime were from months of not cleaning properly. The only reason we stayed is because all other hotels were booked in the area and I was traveling with my 70yr old mother who needed to stop. The poor maintenance guy that had been at work since 6am was the only saving grace when he was made to bring us our new sheets and blankets by the office person who would not leave her desk to do it herself. He was the only good thing I have to say about this place.

The girl at checkout was different than the night manager and was even less helpful. She was not interested in hearing about anything or helping us and told us we would have to call the lady on duty the night before in 4 days when she returned. You all need to provide the proper customer service training and do better on the quality control.

The staff is all great. They literally went above and beyond to help my Dad who had to stay there for a few days between moving into his new apartment. Not only were they accommodating to his needs but literally saved his life when he had a medical emergency. Thea, one of the staff jumped in and got him emergency help. She is an angle. From the manager to all the staff wonderful place to stay.
