The food is lackluster at best. Management doesn’t care and no one seems to know what’s going on with the food. We ordered nachos and what we received was more like tortilla soup. We told both the server and management and received mixed responses from “The kitchen is still trying to figure out the queso consistency” to “When we add the tomatoes, it gets runny”. We’ll never eat here again.

Me and my s.o. went here on a Tuesday night to see what it’s all about. Upon entry, it’s a very beautiful restaurant with a gorgeous bar area. We opted to eat on the Sportsman grill side and were seated by Ripley. She was very sweet and attentive. My s.o. had an old fashion, I had something with gin/peach & lemon juice in it. Both of our drinks were pretty dang good. I was feeling it after the second one.
I ordered one of the smash burgers which had amazing flavor. The presentation was also really nice on the little wood boards.

All in all, we had three drinks each, an appetizer, and one meal each. Our bill was around $80. Everything about our experience was spot on and we will revisit soon!!

Seriously disappointed! I heard they had good hamburgers and that was a lie! McDonald’s burgers are better and they suck! The burger was real dry no seasoning and small definitely a frozen patty but if you like lettuce they sure pile it on. Waitress was not on her game in her defense she was training another waitress with a much better personality. Had to wait way too long to get our check! If you like listening to a bunch of cussing from the staff and customers this is your place. It is a bar though that’s to be expected I guess Bring your own salt and pepper.

Hey owner, allow me to respond back, because obviously you weren’t there this evening. First of all, if you were there when I was, you would attest that music was not playing. This is just a fact. Maybe talk to your employees. Second, if the subscription for Apple TV was purchased when I arrived, why did I sit there for 20 minutes and not see a moment of the game on a single one of your 20 tv’s? By the time I left, no tv was tuned to Apple TV or the game. I called your restaurant at 5:55pm asking if the Atlanta United game would be shown and was told YES. When I arrived at the 16’ mark of the game, the game was not on, and it was still not on when I left about 20 minutes later after the first half was almost over. Your response is lacking any fact. I was a fan that turned out with my ENTIRE FAMILY, including my brother, his wife, and my niece who had just flown in from Maryland. Plenty of fans were there that night. So when your staff told me the game was playing, I’m really not sure how they got their information mixed up. You have an Atlanta United flag flying above your entrance for goodness sake.

Original unedited review: I called the restaurant 1.5 hours before the game I wanted to enjoy with friends started, to ask if it would be shown. They told me that it would be shown on at least one screen. I arrive a couple of minutes into the game (2 hours after calling) and the staff was struggling with their streaming systems to find the game? I advised the staff which streaming service the game is shown on. They proceed to check other platforms instead. The game is only played on one service and they told me they’d be showing it. In fact, I came to the same establishment last year to watch the same team for a playoff watch party they held. I enjoyed it then and it’s unfortunate that I’ll never return now. The atmosphere on a Saturday night is too bright, extremely quiet despite the fact that there’s upwards of 20 TV’s in the room, and the service was predictive of being slow and inattentive.

One of the Worst Sports Bar Experiences I’ve Had

Went to Sportsman’s Grille with a couple of friends to catch an Atlanta United match. We called ahead a few hours before to make sure they’d have the game on, and they assured us they would. When we arrived, not only was the game unavailable, but it became clear they never had the proper access or pass in the first place. We later saw a response from the owner denying this, which just confirmed a lack of honesty in how they do business.

The atmosphere was dead—overly bright with harsh fluorescent lighting, no energy or vibe you’d expect from a sports bar. It was quiet to the point of being uncomfortable. Service was subpar. Our server seemed distracted and possibly going through something personal, which made the whole experience feel even more awkward.

We only ordered a glass of water and two beers, but even just sitting there felt like a waste of time. The menu looked uninspired, and honestly, I’d recommend Applebee’s over this place without hesitation.

There are way better spots to watch a game or grab a drink in town. Save your time and skip this one.

If you're looking for a great spot in or around Porterdale to catch the game while enjoying delicious food and good company, this sports bar is the place to be! The atmosphere is vibrant and lively, making it the perfect setting for hanging out with friends.

The quesadillas are a standout — they’re cheesy, flavorful, and loaded with your choice of fillings. Whether you go for the classic chicken or something a bit more adventurous, you won't be disappointed. The wings are equally impressive, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, tossed in a variety of sauces that cater to every taste, as I wanted to mix the flavors, they were very accommodating.

What sets this place apart, though, is the service. The staff is friendly, attentive, and genuinely seems to enjoy being there, which adds to the welcoming vibe. They’re quick to refill drinks and make sure you have everything you need to fully enjoy the game.

Overall, this sports bar is a fantastic spot for anyone looking to unwind with friends, indulge in great food, and cheer on their favorite teams. Highly recommend it for your next game-day outing!

The atmosphere was very nice the waitresses were nice but the food was not. The wings were small and cooked to death the chicken tenders were cooked so hard my wife couldn't eat them. The drink prices for draft beer were way to high. The food was ordered together there was 4 of us we got them one at a time so each was cold waiting on the other.
These prices and quality of food they're going to have a hard time staying a float. Work on prices and food taste and quality.

My family and I love coming to eat here! The food is amazing! Especially the brisket quesadillas it’s my favorite! The fries are also very unique and delicious! The atmosphere is fantastic and all of the screens allow anyone to watch whatever game they need to follow. They have a really cool screen that has to be made out of LED lights or something, super cool! The staff were friendly and funny and the service my family has gotten each time is amazing! Highly recommend coming here when you want a good time!
