Hotel could use some updates, even a freshen up with some paint (it was peeling in several places). Breakfast was okay, coffee was good. It wasn't terrible for the price, but it didn't feel the cleanest and had some quirks: shower rod was installed at a slope somehow, so the curtain didn't stay closed. But, there was good water pressure for the shower! The bathroom mirror had paint peeling all over and the door handle was very loose. It just needs a few updates. The front desk agent was wonderful, very polite and helpful!!

First of all if you are thinking about staying here don’t! It is absolutely disgusting. The location is not bad. The pictures used to show this hotel is 100% not this hotel and very misleading. The lobby is in great shape, but when you get past that be prepared. The carpets are disgusting and stained and it smells like cigarettes and mildew. We get to our room and my skin was already crawling. The window curtain was stained and cigarette burn holes in it. The closet door was way to big and wouldn’t close. The room also smelled like stale smoke. The room next to us which was family we got two rooms had mold on the walls and I noticed light fixtures rusted from moisture. I went down to complain for the owner or manager to come look and tell me this curtain was normal wear and tear and the mold wasn’t mold. They wouldn’t refund either of our rooms because we traveled 10 hours from ohio to this hotel with a 2 &5 year old and we changed her diaper on the bed when we got to the room and threw the diaper in the trash can. I offered to go change the bag so we could get our money back. They said no. After the diaper change is when we started checking out the room and noticed paint is peeling everywhere, carpet is stained, ants all over and this stained curtain i added a picture of. We left and stayed elsewhere, but please do not go here especially with kids. Its very unhealthy and truly a sick environment. The staff was very very rude and says its normal. Im still itching many many hours later!!! It truly needs to be shut down. I am one to never complain ever and this I can’t stand the thought of someone else with children putting themselves in the position we did!! Go elsewhere!!!

Front desk staff were very nice; lobby looked nice. Rest of hotel was awful; appeared the last remodeling was over 25 years ago. Needs a total overhaul - floors, carpet, cabinets, trim, doors, all of it. Had a run-down appearance once you left the lobby. Pictures on the web are not even close to what you get.

They have the most disrespectful front desk agents I have EVER encountered at a hotel. Front desk agent called me about 12 times from hotel phone and her cell phone while I was at an event about payment when I told her I would be using a different card but I was definitely coming and asked her not to cancel my room but she was so persistent and I called someone to go and pay but they caught a flat while going there to check me in and pay. The agent kept calling and I kept telling her someone was on the way. She stated that the payment needed to be paid by 10 pm and I made the reservation around 8pm. Got to the hotel and couldn’t check in and I had 2 kids with me and I was informed that my room was cancelled and there was no vacancies. Talking to the night agent (different one) and she was so rude and disrespectful. I work at a hotel and wouldn’t have NEVER done this to a guest. If I could give ZERO stars I would

Positive: It had a decent breakfast and was well stocked with towels. The ac got cold but took awhile. Location is good. Negative: It could have been cleaner. It also had a lot of wear, chipped paint, mildew bathroom. You can tell they don?t clean the hard to reach places often. Smaller room then in the pictures.

Decent hotel overall. Had a poor check-in experience. Front desk employee could not find my reservation or match me with my roommate that was already checked into the hotel. I was already checked into a room when they finally found my original reservation with my roommate (we were working together) and made me change rooms, even after I had already unpacked and set up in my first room. After moving into the second and final room, the Wi-Fi was very poor and spotty at times. The tub in the bathroom was very slippery as well. However, the breakfast was always pretty nice, so that was helpful after working all night and coming back to the hotel for that. If the Wi-Fi could be improved for other areas of the hotel, then this place could be a lot better overall.

The service was courteous, efficient & prompt. Room looked clean, and bed slept comfortably.
Would like to see the following changes to the hotel:
1. Hall carpets shampooed & odor free of musty mildew smell

2. Check air quality in room

3. Air condition made room smell musty which triggered an allergent reaction. Not noticeable after air was turned off.

4. Update sink & tub fixtures corroded look.

5. Update furniture worn look sitting chair. In addition, desk chair arms were corroded.

Conclusion: For the price tag of $152 plus tax, all amenities should exceed the expectations of the customer!

Would like to return upon the probability of corrections taken seriously with future picture updates to the website.

This hotel is garbage. It stinks, the sheets are dirty and the entire area feels unsafe! Don’t stay here unless you don’t have a choice! The lady at the front desk is nice - everything else is horrible. The bathroom is nasty. The room hasn’t been updated in 30 years.
