Amazing little place to stay. Very friendly staff. Right in the middle of everything, with most of everything is walking distance. We had a lot of fun and definitely had a relaxing and peaceful time. Bonfires most nights if anyone was out. The room we had was very nice and the bed was definitely soft and not firm like most hotels, slept great. Just love the experience we had here and we will definitely be back in the summer time.

I don’t ever write reviews but this is legit the best hotel I’ve ever been at. It’s very family oriented. They went out of their way to make my kids happy. They started a little campfire and gave us marshmallows to roast. My kids had never done it so it helped creating awesome memories. The room was very cleaned and smelled so good. I’m rarely THIS pleased about a hotel.

This is a cute Alpine village with lights all around the eves of two story chalets. There is an outside area with a BBQ and a fire pit that is cozy to sit around. You can meet people from all over and chat around the fire. We met a couple with their daughter from Purto Rico and it was fun trying out just a few words in Spanish

The staff was great location is good unfortunately the room made it seem really unsafe to stay. Behind the bathroom door there was tagged graffiti. When I open the shade there was a rusty razor blade on the sill. Was supposed to stay 2 days I left at daylight the next day. The room was being " cleaned " when I arrived not much care taken for cleaning or safety glad I didn't have kids with me. I tried calling several times after I left only to receive answering machines. It's a shame the hotel is quaint and in town.

Fantastic experience. There was a room mix-up when we arrived, but the two people who run the place were great at fixing it promptly. The king bed in room 5 is very comfortable. The other guests by the fire at night were lovely to chat with. The firepit area has plenty of room, and it also has a covered pool table. We would definitely come back again!

nothing but wall to wall of overpriced shops. BeerGarten was overpriced and food was at OK. Parking prices are CRAZY, $20 bucks for the day and we were off season, we got lucky and found a $5 parking lot next door to a church. we rented a room planning on spending the night there but after an hour an half we decided to eat the cost of the room and drive back to Florida. If you want overpriced tourist stuff then this is your place! would not go back or recommend.

What a huge disappointment. There is nothing that could be done about the strong cigarette smoke smell. We could not have the heat or air on due to the overwhelming smell of that smoke. The blankets smelled of smoke as well. So we had to bundle up to stay warm.

If you stay make sure that you are in the second floor. The noise from the people above us with their kids kept us up as it sounded like a herd of elephants above us. Then the people next to us in the adjoining room were loud as we could hear their entire conversations as well as the TV being turned up.

As far as cleanliness it was good but facility is tired.

The people are nice and helpful but the things that bothered us could not be fixed. We will not stay there again unfortunately.
