WOW! From the view to the accommodations to the awesome staff. Cascades Inn has it all and then some. Sit on one of the decks or walk the trails. Whatever your choice, you'll feel the stress of life flow away. They even have the cutest little mascot "Chippy" the squirrel. Can't wait to go back and spend a couple days. 🐿🤎

Amazing place. Beautiful cascading waterfall, very peaceful place to stay. My room was clean, comfy and nicely decorated. The squirrel (Chippy) is very friendly, she will eat almo.ds right out of your hand. Will definitely be back! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay!

Cannot say enough how much we loved our stay at The Cascades. We were greeted by the amazing hosts the moment we pulled in, and were made to feel at home in this serene, cozy, beautiful spot. Its rustic charm and gorgeous scenery cannot be missed. We were having an extended thanksgiving holiday in the Smokey’s and Blue Ridge Mountains and we are so glad we stumbled upon this gem! We sat out on the patio morning and night enjoying the sounds of nature.
We cannot wait to come back to enjoy the waterfalls in the summer time.

I came here with my family to get away from the city and the stress and it was a breath of fresh air. This place is amazing! Right by the creek, you can hear the water and the cascade all night. Making s’mores on a bonfire by the creek is one of the best things I did during my stay. Created core memories with my kids by feeding Chippy. 10/10 would come here again, actually, I will be coming back again!

The minute we arrived, we could hear the rushing river That ran past our room. We had so many plans for day trips. But the truth is we loved it so much. We never even left the Inn..| Each day we would hike down to see the big waterfall.. The kids played in the shallow end of the creek catching crawdads and small fish... At night we would barbecue and sit by the firepit.. Its amazing tranquillity!

We had a reservation to stay during the week of Hurricane Helene. The storm was coming directly at them. They are located on a creek and several of the roads from Atlanta to their location were closed. We were able to communicate with the owners, but they told us they had a strict no refund policy. That they were still open and even if we couldn't get to them, they would not refund our stay. Not only were we out the several hundred dollars from that booking, but we also then had to book a hotel in Atlanta, as we flew in from Texas. Would not recommend.

There are not enough stars in the sky to give proper rating. This little cozy, out of the way but close to everything Inn is the MECA of Inn's. The rooms were clean, the staff are always right there and made my stay a " want to stay longer" . I am currently in treatment for cancer and this slice of heaven is what I needed and the staff couldn't have been any better if I stayed at the Ritz. I slept at night with my bedroom window open to fall asleep and wake up the the sound of the water falls and the crisp night air was better then any oxygen mask. I had the pleasure of visiting while the Owner Shawn was there along with some of her family members and they all treated me as I was they're family. The rooms were so dang cozy, beds comfy, it was like home living instead of hotel living. The best experience so far and I WILL COME BACK.

Quiet and cute place. Family and pet friendly, beautiful views of the cascading river. Our room was nice but a little dated how ever we know it is under new owners who are currently working to update it .
We definitely look forward to coming back!!!
Staff was very friendly and helpful.
