Disgusting rooms. Don’t even wanna mention what was all over the bedding and pillows that are supposed to be cleaned out after each guest. I would never stay here again. The customer service was horrible, I would have to stand at the front desk waiting for somebody for an average of five minutes and then sometimes have to call the hotel while I’m standing in the lobby just to get a hold of somebody. Filthy room. Did not take a shower because I felt I would’ve stayed cleaner by not bathing in their disgusting bathroom.

We are in Rabun visiting family. This is our first time staying and here and we are very impressed. The rooms and lobby are immaculate and the mattress is incredibly comfortable. We will definitely be coming back. The location between Franklin, Highlands and Clayton is very convenient!

This hotel had a weird smell to it all over the inside. The bed sheets looked like they hadn’t been washed, there were small pieces of trash on it. Bed and pillows uncomfortable. Temperature was easy to adjust and our belongings were easy to take in and out because of elevator.

Had bugs in the room. When we arrived the bed had black spots on the bed spread. They said they had a hot breakfast. Only thing that was hot about it. Was some instant grits. That were from Walmart. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. Definitely not worth 93 dollars a night.

The hotel's location was favorable. However, a pervasive curry odor permeated the hotel throughout our stay. Furthermore, staff presentation and professionalism were lacking. Finally, breakfast service was severely deficient, with the coffee machine, juice machine, and waffle machine all out of service, resulting in minimal breakfast options.

I would not recommend this hotel. The location was good for an event we attended, that’s where the good stopped.
Our first room- the door did not lock. The staff assigned us a new room based on our request. It still smelled of paint from the attempted remodel, though much of the room was still outdated/dirty. I cleaned/sanitized the room myself. The cleaner on staff was more helpful than the individuals at the desk. We did not entertain trying to have breakfast on site based on the rest of our experience.
While we were hopeful the new owners/name change would positively impact our stay vs the reviews I read, that certainly was not the case.
Do yourself a favor and pass on this hotel.

For everyone safety I don’t not recommend staying here. I used to live and work at this hotel. I had to quit because I didn’t agree with the standards they held for people. DO NOT EAT ANY FOOD FOR BREAKFAST. It left out longer the food and safety allows.. they will continue to use old food until it gone. GARY the new owner does in fact understand and speak English well. He just plays dumb to try and get over on “us dumb Americans” as he would say. He was stealing money from guest and charging fake fees that don’t exist. He was charging guest cards before he was supposed and then refusing refunds. The housekeeper DONT CHANGE THE SHEETS. So it’s not a surprise people are finding stains. THE HOTEL WAS RECENTLY “UPDATED” . The rooms and bathrooms have flooded the floors and poured into the rooms down stairs. There’s black mold in the walls. They don’t have an exterminator. They have one washer and don’t use bleach or detergent. Nothing get washed correctly.. PLEASEEEE WEAR SHOES IN THE SHOWERS BECAUSE THEY ONLY TURN THE HOT WATER ON TO RISNE THE SHOWERS OUT. They don’t clean the toilets, don’t vacuum. They have a flea problem. The hotel was and has been infested with roaches. THE RENT OUT ROOMS WITH BROKEN LOCKS. Nothing in that hotel is new it’s all used from another hotel. DONT SWIM IN THE POOL ITS NOT PROPERLY CLEANED. GARY the new owner walks in to guest rooms at night without knocking. He stood over a women and watched her sleep. She said she was so scared she just pretended to sleep. Choice privileges knows all about this and instead of doing something about it they called him and he retaliated against me thinking he was gonna make me homeless saying I refused to pay. We had to take him to court & show all our proof of his lies.
