Chef Alexander Has been a hidden gem in Savannah for years. We first found out about him during his meal prepping and bread sales. These were amazing delicious items to go. My favorite being the coconut stew. Then we were able to hit up as many pop up events to eat his macktastic sandwiches. He also were able to have one of his amazing thanksgiving meals made completely by him! He is truly a fantastic chef. His food is delicious and great for all customers.

Recently I attended the May Day Vegan Street Food Event. The food and service was amazing! Chef Alexander and his staff were welcoming, gracious, and attentive. Overall, this was an outstanding dining experience! I will definitely attend future events.

Alex Mack's food is absolutely delicious. He puts his heart into everything he prepares and it shows. From everything being prepared from scratch to the presentation, dining with him is truly a memorable experience. I can't wait to come back down south & enjoy his cooking again. Even my non-vegan family member enjoyed the food he prepared!

My first time trying Alexander’s food was at the Tropical Crave Vegan Brunch pop up event. I had the fried lions mane mushroom & cassava plantain hash with a spicy tropical sauce plus a cotton candy pancake with pineapple butter cream. I’ve been vegetarian for 5 years and I’ve always struggled with eating out, finding food that is unique, flavorful and enjoyable. Alexander eloquently balances all 3! I can’t wait for his next event in August 💕

I would give 0 stars if possible. From booking the event to the event happening smooth, this is the last company you want catering your event. Pink chicken, dry waffles, and a sketchy chef, these folks are guaranteed to try and take your money with no adequate service provided. I would recommend having a picnic out of a dumpster before booking with AM Diverse

All plates and utensils were disgusting. Service from servers was good. Chef Alexander was beyond rude. Would not recommend letting this sketchy company near you with a 10 foot pole

I've followed Chef Alexander on social media for a while before I finally ordered from him. I wish I hadn't waited!! I've been trying to find a good black bean burger that isn't Morning Star and Chef delivered!!! The burgers are delicious, flavorful, and filling. The aioli is so good I could put it on other dishes, and the freshly made bun is almost better... almost.
This will not be the last time I order from Chef Alexander.

This will be one of the easiest 5 star reciews I can ever write. I have ordered from Chef Mack many times and he is one of the most talented culinary experts I have ever met. The food is always amazing and distinct from other vegan options. If you aren't vegan - try his food, it seriously is great no matter what your dietary routine is. I look forward to the day he has a brick-and-mortar shop I can bring people to. Highly recommended
