This stay was great for a 3 night 4 day stay! Especially loved the free “Ubers” the city provides that the front desk told us about! Everyone was super friendly and the rooms were clean. Make sure you check the parking before booking. We didn’t and were shocked to see the $30 valet parking or the public (fee) parking. Either way was not happy to spending more money to park, we choose to do the public garage across the street. But the hotel was great just wish they provided parking like similar hotels.

The main problem with this hotel is some unexplained loud sound in the middle of the hotel. I don't know what it is - whether it's the sound of the central ventilation or the sound of the elevator... But this sound makes the bed vibrate! It woke me up many times during the night. I've gone a little crazy. And the second problem is the worst internet in America.
Otherwise, everything seems to be fine. Thanks.

So I booked this hotel last minute on a Saturday and paid almost $300 and when you walk into the lobby it looks pretty and nice and the staff was friendly and they have quality furniture. That’s why they getting 2 stars. The room was really weird. It was renovated but only halfway! They had a nice bed and nice curtains and some quality furniture but then they left an old cabinet that didn’t match the rest. Then there was no coffee table in the living room area! There was no artwork on the wall and the sound was bouncing off the wall, so it made it feel very uncomfortable. The bathroom was outdated and looked cheap. The thermostat was barely hanging on the wall. The pull out couch was full of crumbs! The room was dirty. Definitely was missing some love to detail and it didn’t seem finished. It was upgraded, but only halfway… also, the bathroom was missing a magnifying mirror and the room was missing a nightlight, and there were not enough hooks in the bathroom… I will not go back unless the rooms will be fully renovated and cleaned!

Awesome hotel. Super hospitality and service from the staff, Ebonee and Cleveland were above and beyond excellent. The valet service was very convenient and helpful. The room was perfect, beautiful and clean. We love the location of this place and we will stay here again!

We have been coming to TRYP off and on since 2020. Unfortunately, the couple of times that we have stayed there have not been a great experience. The front desk employees are not that friendly. If you want breakfast in the morning you have to pay $13. Which is insane considering you are going up to the breakfast bar yourself and making your own waffle. I do not think that they believe putting in air conditioners in their hallways to your room. Very humid and stuffy. The room was clean. The bathroom on the other hand needs some attention and a few updates. The bathroom had missing and uneven tiles. Not appealing. The mini refrigerator was not working and didn't keep any of our drinks cold. Parking in the garage is pricey. The location of the hotel is nice. You're about a 10-minute walk from downtown. But overall kinda disappointed in how they have slowly gone downhill.

Had an issue in our room with A/C not working, we moved after about an hour and it was not any better (dirty bedroom counters, broken toilet, super noisy bed, thermostat coming off the wall, broken ice maker on the floor, party happening two doors away, trash was piled at the end of hallways) Elevator was also broken all morning and we had our dog with us. Hotel is poorly maintained and smelled like microwaved curry & body odor the entire time - no matter where we were. Location is walking distance to plenty but that's truly the only positive. Place needs some serious attention. We won't ever stay here again or recommend it to others. Pay more and stay elsewhere

Had a very nice clean room. The staff was very nice and informative. Ebony at the front desk was helpful and very friendly. The bartender/breakfast attendant (B) was awesome. She was very friendly and helpful. Can't say enough about how friendly and nice all the staff was including the housekeeping staff. Thank u all for a wonderful first time experience in Savannah.

Everything about this hotel was fine - they gave me a $5 credit for the bar when I checked in - it's in a good location. I was able to walk easily to restaurants throughout downtown - breakfast was okay and cost $13 - The room and the bed were comfortable. The bathroom sink drained very slowly and the tub was starting to flake on the inside
