We was checking into the hotel and the representative said that booking.com had canceled our reservation. The representative was so patience looking into what happen. Cierra Grimes thank you so much for your patience and kind words it took about an hour but, she just stayed clam and never had an attitude. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Will definitely be back! ❤️

Hotel is newer so it’s nice features wise. Cleanliness of the room was unfortunate. The floors were dirty, hair still on the sink, and one of the beds was half made. There should also be something that states dogs are an additional fee. If it says dog friendly, I didn't expect to pay an additional non-refundable fee without it being disclosed when I booked the room. These are the reasons for my three stars. Location wise, it’s 13 minutes from river street. It’s in an odd place but convenient. Price wise with the additional fee for my pet which was a service animal mind you, could have landed me somewhere closer to river street had I know when booking for the night. Overall not a bad place if you didn’t not have the two issues I ran into.

Amazing value and experience! The place is very new, everything is the room is well designed and thoughtful. Even the bathroom mirror is heated i noticed! The bed was so comfortable, soft sheets and blanket. Room is modern and spacious. perfection at the proce range!

I booked this hotel through hotels.com with a great deal for 3nights (2/7-2/10) I flew in to Savannah International and got to the hotel a little before 12am Saturday morning. The receptionist Friday evening (2/7) was so sweet and friendly! It was certainly nice to speak to somebody so bubbly after a long day of traveling.

My room was clean, the king mattress and pillows were comfortable, the bathroom was clean! The tiny fridge was good enough for me as I traveled solo for this trip. I utilized the iron and ironing board and had myself some coffee from their keurig that was in the room (you just need to have your own water).

My room was at the end of the hallway next to the stairs so it was easy for me to leave the hotel without having to walk all the way to the elevator. The side entrance to the building has a pad for the key which allows you to walk in.

On my third night my key didnt work on my door. I walked to the front desk and the man who was there helped me pretty quickly. I was back in my room within 5 minutes!

This hotel is also pet friendly - they had a water bowl and treats for your furbaby. I will certainly be returning to this hotel with my furbaby next time. Thank you Kingston Hotel!

Nice place and staff!
no microwave in the rooms. (1 in the lobby)

Hotel was quiet besides the dogs barking sometimes.had a great time at this hotel.
My biggest issue was the Sulphur SMELL outside from the shipyard close to there, it gets into your room at night and is nauseating. Other than that, it is close to Savannah!

This looks like a new hotel. We chose it because it’s pet friendly and close to the road as we were heading somewhere else. Rooms are ok but cleaning not so good. The floor was not clean enough, dog and human hair were still there, vacuum and cleaning are needed. There was no shampoo and hair conditioner in the bathroom.

The reception lady in the morning was so rude. I mentioned that we did not have shampoo or hair conditioner in the room and the yogurt they offered in the morning were expired. She answered ok. I had to ask for a print receipt otherwise she will not give it to me. I asked if I could have some but water and she answered no.

They should consider hiring more friendly people for the front desk.

Checked in 2100 hrs. Paid £108 room only rate. Building nice from outside with plentiful parking. ||Room dirty; shower grime, hairs in bed (long, and certainly not ours as we are both male with short hair), sticky disposable cups, fridge / freezer full of dirt, our white socks were black after walking on the carpet. ||Some odd, offensive smell through the air con from 0600 hrs onwards. ||Advised reception on check out of the above to be told we should have contacted the 24/7 receptionist to have rectified the problems, and that problems like this can arise (?). I had to ask if the room had actually been cleaned, to give you an idea of our findings. ||An apology did not come easy. ||We stayed in a motel in another state the night prior for £60 which was spotless. ||Avoid.

We stayed here for one night. The room was decent except for the water. The water in the bathroom did not get hot. We called downstairs and they told us that they could not do anything until the morning. At 9:30 a.m the next morning g the water was colder than it was the night before. Also, the custodial staff needed to sweep behind the sliding bathroom door. When it is closed there was debris all over the floor.
