This place has everything that I want in a hotel. The room was large, clean and comfortable. It was well maintained and stocked with all toiletries and other items.

Breakfast was fine.

The gym was clean and limited but all of the exercise equipment was top shelf and in good condition. There was a pool and hot tub but unfortunately they were closed for maintenance purposes.

The entire staff was very helpful, professional and pleasant, especially the lady taking care of the kitchen.

The room was filled with bed bugs when we arrived and had to switch to different room which still had cockroaches in it. The entire hallway smelled like cigarettes, marijuana, and the worst, MOLD! The carpets were filthy and the walls were disgusting. Went to check out at 9am and asked to speak to a manager and was informed no manager would be on property until 12pm yet check out is 11am so if you have any issues with your stay there is no one to address those issues. This has been one of the worse hotels I have ever stay at.

Service was 4 stars but NOT because of the breakfast lady. She was the sweetest and was the only staff to acknowledge us (she and the clean rooms are the reason for the stars) otherwise it seemed like everything was out of order (pool, vending machines, washing machines) I said good morning to front desk gentleman and he didn't say a word. Hence the minus 1 star for hospitality.
Note: showers will get hot, just play with the knob a little bit.

Positive: "" Negative: They charged almost as much as the room for a pet deposit. We slept and left. No evidence a dog was even in the room. The toilet was dirty and seat was left up. I told the guy at the front desk he didn?t understand my complaints about pet deposit/toilet

Stay Somewhere Else
We booked straight through Choice hotels and the amenities we were told we would have were not all there. We had been driving for about 9 hours after traveling for a week straight and we're looking forward to the hot tub, doing a little laundry and grabbing snacks. Very disappointed. These items were "out of order"- hot tub, laundry room, snack machine empty and drink machine sitting out in the parking lot. We had a huge yellowish stiff stain on the carpet. I called down to the front desk to tell them so I didn't get charged a damage fee. The reply I received from "Mike" was it's "ok". I asked if he needed to come look at it. He said "no, it's ok". I said that it wasn't ok and asked if there was a different room and he replied they were full and no more rooms available. After the stain on the floor I checked out the sheets and pillows very well and they were ok. The towels and bathroom were clean. The doors shut very loud so you could hear them whenever anyone shut their doors.
Breakfast was pretty normal for a free hotel breakfast.
Checkout - There was a $5 "other tax" on my receipt. It was not state, local, county or city etc. When I asked the clerk what it was for he replied "he didn't know". So I am disputing that charge with our credit card company.
Bottom line- in my opinion, and we travel a lot, this is not up to Country Inn and Suites standards and should be reviewed by corporate.

Clean rooms, good breakfast.
Just really disappointed the indoor hot tub and pool were both ice cold!
Drove a long day and just wanted to kick back and relax a bit. Even asked at the front desk how late pool was open.
Went down to use it and it's ice cold.

The room was filled with BED BUGS!!! THE ENTIRE HALLWAY SMELLED LIKE, MOLD, CIGARETTES, AND MARIJUANA BUT, THEY CLAIM TO HAVE A SMOKE FREE ENVIRONMENT. WENT TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER AND THEY INFORMED ME THERE IS NO MANAGER ON PROPERTY UNTIL 12PM BUT CHECK OUT IS 11AM SO IF YOU HAVE ANY ISSUES NO ONE IS THERE TO ADDRESS IT. THIS IS ONE OF THE WORSE HOTELS I HAVE EVER STAYED AT.

Easy access from I-95, clean, safe, pet friendly, nicely appointed rooms (we had two rooms) and a delicious, fresh, hearty breakfast consisting of waffles , biscuits, sausage patties, scrambled eggs and breakfast potatoes. Coffee/cocoa/tea station. Recently renovated, highly recommend.
