Superb redevelopment of an old hotel. Rooms (eight I think) are individually named and decorated. Prices are very reasonable, considering the quality. The largest room, Green Suite, is mid-200s all in. There is a cafe where you can self-host visitors, drink your own wine; just leave the glasses for the cleaning staff. There is an elevator for those with mobility issues. The weather was nice, in March, so we went out on the balcony overlooking Willis Park and had nice conversation and drinks. The hotel was about 3/4 full on our two night visit, but the facility was so quiet we thought we were the only ones' there. Bainbridge's best restaurants (American, Sam and Suzies, Isaacs) and alcohol (Speakeasy and Southern Philosophy) are easy walking distance. Free Parking is readily available on the street, within a few feet of the entrances. Cleanliness was excellent and fixtures and bedding were of the highest quality. It is self-serve on your bags, using your phone as your door code. I will definitely use again in the future.

What a delightful hotel. Unfortunately, I was there on business so had only one night. My room was so cozy with the hardwood floors, brick accent wall and fireplace. From the snack cart to the bath robes, you had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. The spa-like bathroom was equipped with the best smelling soaps and shampoo. I will definitely choose The Willis Park Hotel if I'm back in the area!!

We were visiting for a family reunion and the location was beyond convenient. Our room was so quiet and comfortable and sitting on the balcony was so pleasant. The downtown square was great. The young lady that accommodated us for the weekend was so wonderful! Will visit again!

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. We were enchanted with the Green Room’s decor. If you’re looking for a unique hotel experience, stay here! They have delightful shopping at Sweet Spot and don’t forget to check out The American for a casual lunch and Sam’s & Susie’s for a romantic evening. They sing and acknowledge birthdays and anniversary’s. Love Georgia! See y’all soon💕

What a lovely place to stay! We were delighted with the charm and quaintness of our accommodations. Nice little eateries around with a beautiful little park in the center of town. Good coffee was ready each morning. A very friendly young lady was there for our arrival that took plenty of time out of her schedule to talk with us and give us all the tips we needed to get around town.

Room was cozy, decor pleasant, and clean. I get that this “Boutique Hotel” is run similar to an AirB&B… However it’s the first accommodations I have reserved that has had NO in room refrigeration or microwave. NO Ice Machine access but ice buckets in the room? Extra roomy Bathroom with no counter space. Iron & ironing board was in the hallway restroom for communal use?!?|It is somewhat understandable that this is a historic building but there apparently is no sound proofing/insulation between the guest room walls. Noise from doors shutting, conversions, people walking on the old hard wood floors, the noises never ended. Many times it would have been very beneficial to have staff in site as children were constantly playing and running the halls, also clunking exercise equipment in the gym! Texting or Email was the only way to get staff response, which it was usually relatively quick.

Very quaint & quiet overall! Clean and comfortable! Would stay here again, maybe in a slightly different room. If you are a light sleeper like me, Rm2 (Terrier) (and a few others) are on the street so if you wake easily to car sounds, trash trucks, etc, then just be aware, but it wasn't the end of the world, as we had to be up 7am or so each day, anyway! |Our air unit also made a fairly loud noise on repeat, that lasted about 15seconds each time, during the day it was not bothersome, but during the night, it was loud for a light sleeper. My husband: unbothered; me: had to get used to it!|Easy check in/out! Not a lot of surfaces for putting "things" in the room or bathroom, so just be aware!|Beautiful downtown square, lots of shops to enjoy, great dinner at The American, and breakfast 2 mornings at The Bean, all within walking distance!

Great experience! My company's leadership team decided to go off site for our annual planning meeting, and this was just right. Nice conference room at the hotel, larges rooms, and their separate house was perfect for overflow conversation. I would definitely recommend.
