I would give a 1 star however the establishment and staff was nice. Our food took over an hour to be prepared before starting to bring out. We did not get to eat together because the food was brought out in stages so by the time someone was done eating, they were bringing someone else's food. The food prices were decent but the quality lacked. Our stomachs felt like they were in knots later on. They also charge for water that came from a pitcher but labeled it "bottle water". I wouldn't have known this because you're not given a bill to review before paying. I had to ask to see all of the charges. We sat there so long waiting on food that our ice melted in our drinks without an offer to put more in there but they did top our drinks off so they had to have seen it. Needless to say, we will not be back.

Edit after their response:
There was only one group there when we arrived and no other party arrived the whole time we were there. There was nowhere posted nor did the staff mention a reservation was required or encouraged. I hope this establishment will take constructive criticism and improve before it's too late.

Great experience across the board... The weather didn't stop us from coming out and enjoying ourselves. From planning and making the reservation until we left , everything was TOP TIER vibes. We enjoying ourselves and we will be back sooner than later

Excellent food, service, and atmosphere! The fish and grits, Philly egg rolls, and wings were cooked to perfection. Even the non-alcoholic beverage options were impressive, with the Kraves Kreation being a standout.

Very good the workers were very very nice and very professional my personal favorite that I had tried for my second time being here is the chicken and waffles and the honey hot wings I would say the wait is about 15-30 minutes definitely coming back!!!!
