Extravagant hospitality! We were welcomed immediately and warmly at the little cafe and personally escorted to our cabin by the hostess who graciously informed us of everything our accommodations offered. Spotless and delightful cabin.

The only remotely negative comment is that the property sits high and proximal to the mountain road and the motor cycles can be loud, so bring white noise if that is an issue. That is beyond their control and will not impede us from future reservations, just extra information.

We loved the location and property as it was beautiful and convenient to everywhere we wanted to go. |The room was comfortable, but could use a comfortable chair. The room and bathroom were very clean .|We loved especially being in the lodge itself as we did not have to carry luggage any great distance.

If I could give more stars I would! Very friendly staff, warm welcome and personal attentive. The cabins where amazing, 100% cotton linen, coffee maker, spacious, fridge, hammock, etc.. beautiful views. It was very well located close to wineries, hikes and cute towns. We had a great stay!

We stayed in the Deluxe Eco Cabin and it had the most beautiful view of the mountains. The two staff members we interacted with were incredibly nice, and went above and beyond. My wife and I were just married on Saturday, and one of the staff members gave us a bottle of champagne to celebrate! I can’t imagine a better way to wake up and drink my coffee than with this view. We will be back.

My boyfriend got us the sunrise shipping container room for valentines day 💕. Great location and such beautiful views. The staff is so friendly and loves what they do. Games to play wine to drink and fires to be made all while enjoying that view.

My bed was so comfy! We stayed in the cabin with the perfect back deck. The view was perfect, our room was nice and clean, and the hostess was super! Only regret is we should have booked 2 nights. Also, I wish I would have taken a wagon to haul my things to the room. I would definitely tag here again.

Had a great stay at Barefoot Hills. The room was very clean and the beds were wonderful. We even got to enjoy a glass of wine when we arrived. The hotel is very close to town and easy to find. Thank you for a great stay!

The Hiker Hostel used to be affordable before it merged with Barefoot Hills. I've stayed there both before and after the change. It's a great space and is beautiful and conveniently located with great amenities, but not worth the cost now. It used to have a crunchy vibe but now caters more towards luxury appeal.
