Lavender Room. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the entire place spotless and very comfortable. Having the common rooms to use was great, especially the wonderful assortment of teas to enjoy. The location is perfect for anything you are visiting the area for. Cobalt and Hope are wonderful hosts. We would give it 10 stars if that was a choice.

I've been meaning to add a review on Google. My kiddo and I stayed here November 2022 and absolutely loved this place. The vibe was truly amazing like a cute fairy tale as my daughter says. The host was amazing and very welcoming. They had breakfast for us to put together in the morning as well which was nice. The scenery is to die for though. It felt very cozy and like home. The bathrooms were great as well.

Cobalt and Hope were wonderful hosts. They were eager to provide anything I might need and eager for feedback to improve my experience, even while they were working hard to improve the home they bought 8 months ago. They greeted me with cold water and snacks with offers for more any time I wanted.

They have a beautiful home, which has been tastefully updated with modern furnishings. The shared living area and dining room had ambient music piped in like a boutique hotel. My bedroom was super clean and modern with a lot of thoughtful touches like electric sockets with USB sockets set out on nightstands on both sides of the bed. The bathroom is amazing with two sinks and a deluxe shower. Hope and Cobalt even provided eye masks and make up remover for guests that need those.

They provided a lot of detailed instructions for access and expectations. Access in and out of the house at night or early in the morning was super easy without feeling like I was disturbing them. Hope even contacted me to handle something I'd forgotten, which was super nice and kind. I am definitely interested in returning for more hikes, especially in the fall when the leaves start to change!

This quaint little house is located right at the centre of all major locations.. the rock city.. the lookout mountains, ruby falls and a 15 min drive to downtown. The hosts were super helpful and communicated well with us. Will definitely recommend to someone who wants to explore Chattanooga .

This place is a cozy spot next to rock city . 10 min to ruby falls and 15 mins to the read hotel . We enjoyed our stay very much . It rained one day we where there and it was beautiful! The rooms are upstairs and are a good size . Would highly recommend. They also had these cool rocks with faces that I enjoyed .

This host had a beautiful home, it was extremely clean and they went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. Just a few of the great touches were: they let me borrow a fan bc I forgot mine, fresh flowers in the bathroom, a essential oils diffuser in the bathroom, plenty of pillows (soft and firm) and keyless entry to the bedroom and house. Also complimentary bottled water, hot chocolate and so on. They also had amazing lighting for the path to and from the house. Close to rock city and an amazing cafe! Bonus points for starbucks 5 min down the road. Will def stay there again♡
