So this isn’t the first time I’ve had a bad experience at this location but I figured I’d give it one more shot. I should’ve gone with my gut. My kids and I had a nice day and figured we’d splurge and stop and eat before we head home. We walked in and it was dead but yet we waited and waited before we were even acknowledged even though a few employees saw us standing there. We were seated in the bar area and waited again. Finally the bartender came over by the way she wasn’t busy with patrons so no excuse as to why it took so long and the restaurant was dead. She took our drink and app order and said she’d be back. We got our drinks and waited and waited and waited and some nice young gentleman brought our app after a long amount of time. Which I can assume the cook was not having a good day. Our cheese fries looked like a small order with barely any cheese and been sitting under the broiler a little too long. Finally our waitress came to take our order. A burger, the bloomin chicken and I had the fried shrimp appetizer. We wait and wait and wait and I mean we are waiting. No one comes by to ask to refresh our drinks anything. Finally food comes.. burger and chicken. The lady who brought the food asked me what I had ordered because our waitress won’t come to our table anymore. And I told her the fried shrimp appetizer. I can only assume that it was forgotten because that has happened to me before twice. After about 8 minutes my dish finally arrives. All the food is inedible. My son’s burger is actually so greasy that it’s sliding off the bun! I kid you not! Slid off the bun but he was so hungry he tried to eat a bit. He ate a quarter of it and couldn’t eat anymore. My daughter couldnt eat her food. No flavor in the Mac and cheese in either of sides and her chicken was so thinly floured you couldn’t taste the seasoning.( I’ve had that before and it’s usually thicker battered) my shrimp felt like it soaked up half the oil . No one still came by to see how we were doing. I had to paid the bill on the table top tablet and we left all our food behind. We all came home sick and my son ended up throwing up. We will NEVER come back to this establishment again. You couldn’t pay me. I hate leaving bad reviews and I actually don’t but I had to on this one. $87 for bad food.

My husband and I stopped in today for the three course 14.99 special. The butter for the bread was Rancid, I asked for more and it was the same. The remoulade sauce was so hot in taste you could not eat it, so I asked for cocktail it was so hot in taste you could not use it either. The ranch dressing on our salads was either a low-fat or a generic brand therefore the salads were not even good who can mess up a salad ? Our female server was very nonchalant, almost as if she would rather be anywhere else, there was a young man that brought our salad and then brought our entree that was very courteous and very quick in bringing our food to the table so who gets the tip? It had been a very long time since we went to Outback and only went because my husband loves their bread but of course we couldn't eat that because the butter was Rancid. I do believe that this is the last time we will go to the Outback ever again in Albany Georgia

Came for a birthday party and waited over an hour to get served. Food and drink order were taken together but our table only received half of the drink orders. One the waitresses specifically stated she was coming back to bring my mom her sprite but never did. Saucers did not accompany the bread when they brought it out and when they did bring them out later there was not enough for the entire table. Food is overpriced and the service was not good. Maybe they were understaffed but the place was only half full at the time. I recommend Longhorn if your looking for a good steakhouse.

The pasta dishes were disgusting. I paid the bill and then asked to speak with the manager, which turned out to be my waiter. I asked why he didn't question why we didn't like our entrees when he brought me the check. I didn't call him to the table for a free meal but to inform him of the quality of his product. That's why I paid the check before calling him. To be fair. The blooming onion was great.

My wife and I has a very pleasant experience at the Outback in Albany. The hostess was very friendly and helpful. The server (Erynuana) was pleasant and took great care of us. The food was very good. Almost every staff member had a smile on their face and spoke to us, asking us to return again. We thought it was a pretty big deal because it seems nobody anywhere is pleasant or friendly anymore. Thank you, managers, for instilling a nice spirit in your staff. Thank you staff, for carrying out the mission of any service oriented business-develope a quality relationship with your customers! We will come back, and we hope this Outback thrives because of their positive attitude we experienced. Great job everyone!

Sat 20 minutes before manager came over and took our drink order. 10 minutes later I had to go track down our drinks. Another 15 minutes before taking food order. 15 more minutes passed and had to ask for appetizer and salads. Meals came out cold and burnt. Never was able to get a refill on drinks. Very disappointing because they were only half capacity.

Ordered the 27$ boneless ribeye medium rare. Cooked fine but had gristle and that white tough connective tissue. Had to cutaway 20% of it. Service okay, not exceptional. salads same ten minutes apart. Probably won't go back for a while.

Food was delicious and the server was wonderful. I want to make a simple suggestion. Please double check all take out orders with the guest to make sure items are not inadvertently left out!
