Emily made sure this was the worst experience we ever had at Surcheros. Tonight my son was returning from MEPs in Jacksonville from his initial enlistment in the US Navy and we stopped in for a quick bite for him. Ms. Emily made sure to scrap the bottom of the rice, instead of asking us to wait for fresh rice. Then she fished out some pinto beans from the pinto soup because it was probably a teaspoon of beans in there. After it was fixed they brought out fresh rice and Emily stated that we have to pay for an extra serving. I ask her why when you just gave my son burnt old stuck to the side rice? We paid for it and Ms Holly was very pleasant at the register. I can’t believe $15 for THIS “loaded” burrito bowl…garbage! Me and my wife have been coming since the very first day they opened and this was very unsat!!!! Until Ms Emily is retrained on proper running her station I don’t recommend going.

Surcheros is my favorite restaurant!! Besides the layout and long wait times, everything is great. I got blessed with this bowl yesterday and wish they all looked like this! Overall 9 out of 10!!

I visit a surcheros when I travel if I find out there is one nearby. I like how I can grab their bowls and eat 2 to 3 days off of it. My bowl was consistent as it always is! Service was top notch and the place was clean.

Went in and ordered a beef burrito bowl. Server made it with chicken. Ok....I can eat chicken. No big deal. Wanted a little extra cheese. "We will have to charge you for that". Ok no problem. Then the waiting started. Almost 10 minutes to check out. Finally got to the register and paid. Looked at my ticket and they charged me 3.50 for extra chicken....on my beef burrito bowl..Almost $17.00 for an order that was completely wrong. I just told the cashier to forget it as I had to get back to work. Should have went to Moes. Do better people....

Absolutely 💯 percent delicious!! First time I've actually been to a Surcheros and wow! Everything is fresh and delicious. My only critique is they need to maintain the dinning area a bit better literally every booth had a dirty table so we sat at a table with chairs that was clean. Other than that I totally recommend it the food is amazing! Like a subway of burritos!!

Not only was my order missing ingredients but they plopped brown/watery nasty guacamole on top of my burrito bowl. Really disappointed in this location. None of the veggies seemed fresh and the restaurant was not clean at all zero stars. Do better
