It's not as good as it should be. The young guy at the register doesn't have any personality. You would think they would have someone with a friendly face that engages the customers. There are hardly any good sales on the meats.

I've order food for parties from this establishment for years, but my last experience was horrible. I ordered 2 cases of chicken smoked & paid $183.60 in advance. The chicken was to be picked up at 1pm 6/8/24. When my sister arrived she was told the chicken was already picked up. They initially told her they'll fix it on Monday. She really wanted to get us hyped up & cause a scene so she could call the police & we get nothing. We had 90+ people for a surprise dinner party at 4pm. After some back n forth foolery the manager agreed to cook the chicken & it would be ready at 4. My sister went back 2 times & it wasn't ready. We didn't get the product until after 5pm. Once I called them on Monday, the mother Diane didn't see an issue since we got the chicken. This was poor customer service to tell Us we got our chicken so we should be ok. Bo it's not ok you gave it away & we had to wait another 4 hours & continuously return to the store & it wasn't ready. I will NEVER get anything from them again. Monday I was told by Diane I would be compensated something for the cooking time but not for the chicken because they would be short. She was more interested in covering her ratchet store than doing right by the customer. I never received a call or any compensation for their screw up. When someone pays you in advance it seems you would be more careful about giving the product to just anyone. My sister was in possession of the only receipt & I know whomever got the chicken didn't give my name. The manager, owner & his Ma are full of it. STOP PATRONIZING THESE SORRY ESTABLISHMENTS.

Ordered a case of smoked chicken for an event back in March 2024 that my wife and I was hosting. When we served the food immediately to our friends and family members they had informed us that the chicken was cold, dry, and tasteless/ unseasoned! When contacted the manager I was told to I should have brought the the chicken back but that was impossible because I didn’t have anything else to serve nor could I leave at that time being the host and limited servers. Also, their customer service are horrible , rude, and unprofessional leaving me and our love ones disappointed as a valued customers. We are done with Mikes Store!!!

Mike's Country Store is very clean and well mannered staff. Customer Service is great. The prices are reasonable and the meat is fresh. Mike's is just another place that I go to get my meat from.

Everything hear is spoiled and out dated I have went here numerous of times and have seen spoil items on the self of brought meat thinking it was fresh and it’s old and has a smell and you think the owner or management cares….. please don’t go hear take your hard earn money elsewhere

Mike's has the best cuts of meat. I like being able to choose from the different types of sausage. And their meat prices are good too.
