Customer service was not friendly. Once my party and myself walked in it was an instant offset with the customer service. Food came out hot especially the fried pickles were amazing! Shout out to the cook. The waitress came handing my kids that’s over 12 years old with small throw away cups that’s meant for toddlers. My food was okay I order hot lemon pepper wings with lemon pepper and there was not any buffalo sauce on the wings. Kids food was done the exact way no complaints. My experience complaint is mostly with the customer service they were horrible. It almost felt as if I was in the wrong place and not welcomed. So I have to give this a 1 for customer service But the highest for the food. There was one waitress I hate I didn’t get her name but she was the best friendly smiling asking if we needed anything else. Bathroom MENS was absolutely nasty piss on the floor and toilet. Women bathroom was clean.

It was okay. Nothing I would want again. We waited awhile at the door. I walked the bar area and someone came from behind the bar and sat us. It’s been years since I’ve went and I doubt I ever go again. Our server never smiled or even seemed like she cared about our experience until she brought the check. It’s advertised that kids eat free on Tuesdays. It’s Tuesday but I wasn’t able to ask our server because she never came back. I asked the bartender and she said she thinks it’s for dinner but would have to check. Very weird service. Very. We ended up just taking out food to go. Maybe the judge tables. I’m unsure but this was a waste of time and money. Definitely loco.

Thought it would have been better. The burger was perfect but the fries were stone cold and the tea was bad even after dunking 4 packs of sugar substitute into it and testing after each pack. We were down south and it came highly recommended. No comparison to the one in Columbus that didn't stay long. Let me say again that the burger was great! We both ate without breaking the bank.

Food was just okay. Ordered a drink that was so sweet it would make you sick. Manager on duty was Curtis and he has the worst attitude in the world. He would not be able to work an animal shelter for me. My family and I will never patronize this business again and will put the word out for others to not.

Food was good but was cold when it was served. Boxed it up and placed in the air fryer. Service was average and the atmosphere was decent. The restaurant was clean and I saw server's washing hands...so that was good. Overall 6/10

My friends and I went here on 11/19. They were very racist towards us. We had a lemon drop that was NOT a lemon drop. A patron margarita that was full of salt. When we mentioned it the bartender/manager SARAH said that there was nothing wrong the lemon drop. She said that they could not refund or exchange the drink but she had already exchanged the patron. So which is it, do you do exchanges and refunds or not SARAH ?
