Horrible experience. People at the front desk stole some of my money after I counted it out in front of them then acted like they didn’t understand English when I confronted them about it. Their attitudes is funky af. Rooms are Dirty, it’s loud, receipt machine broke so they can shorten your days an get more money out you… things fell apart in my room like someone used super glue as the main tool of repair.. people stayed getting loud fighting outside… my advice.. spend those extra dollars and go to a decent hotel… never will I ever stay there again.

Don't go here until they remodel or unless you just Don't have money to go somewhere else. PLEASE 🙏🏾 !!! The towels and wash clothes were nasty, strained and hard. Thank God I had some in my bag. The off & on dial for the shower was broken ALL the way off. The handle for the sink fell off when we turned it on. The microwave was Nasty 🤢 someone had burned something in it and it was NOT wiped at ALL. Yes I cleaned it. I travel with cleaning supplies.

The places extremely clean the beds are great, they are very clean ans they have a superb staff,very friendly and professional. The showers are always hot and the a/c is always cold!
I work outside in the heat and it's so nice to enter a cool room after a hot day!
This is the place to go. I give them a 5 star rating.

Not a good experience 1 night, room not sanitized, pillows OMG nasty as well as pillow case, bathroom whomever stayed the bathe clothes were still hanging in the shower with the soap and hair stuck to it. Just gross. Awful!!!

Loved my room! Bed was comfortable and the shower was hot! Just moved to Albany and stayed here for a week. Questioned the area but felt safe at the hotel. Nice owners. Would definitely stay here again!

This was one of the WORST hotels that I've ever stayed in!!! First of all when I opened the door the stench of musty air and cigarette smoke hit me in the face and got all in my clothes and hair. The walls were dirty, the bed sheets were dingy and also had hair on the pillows. The tub was nasty and even the shower curtain was yellow with filth. There was roaches running everywhere!!! The cleaning man already had bug spray on the cart because he knew the rooms were infested with roaches. When I opened the microwave roaches ran out and it was filthy with stuck on food. If you are looking for a hotel... save up a few extra dollars and stay at a better hotel.

This was the worst hotel I have ever BEEN TOO. There were stains on the wall, on the bed, burn holes in the mattress and blankets, the bathroom was dirty, very dirty. The furniture was dirty, just gross. Smelled like smoke, something awful, and the air conditioner pretty sure had mold growing on it. Needless to say I found a new room for the night, did not even ask for a refund just left.
