Never again.... Only one light bulb worked in the bathroom. When we would leave the room they would turn off the air by flipping a switch in the main office. Had to sweep our own room. Room service said she would bring us more towels and never saw her again. No hot water. Like I said... Never again
Only good thing I can say is Kara at the front desk was very nice.

When we got here there was a sign on the front desk saying "out of the office call and it gave a phone number". It took about 5 plus minutes to get someone to answer. She answered and came and gave us our room.
The first room, the toilet did not flush. There was toilet paper in the toilet when I went to the bathroom. We tried to flush it 3 times. Called the front desk. She was going to try to fix it. Fix it meant with a plunger. It didn't work.
So we get another room that had to be cleaned. Took her maybe 10 minutes to "clean" it.
In this room, granted its a bigger room but we had a hard time getting the ac to come on. Then it's 83 degrees in the room and she doesn't know how long it will take to cool.
The manager isn't here so she can't get the new room card to work. Supposedly the manager will call us when they get here.
There are wires hanging out of the smoke detector too. Microwave isn't clean.
The lady at the front desk was nice and good about trying to help. Especially since she just started.
Edit to add: The lady brought the card for our room Tuesday evening. We leave the room Wednesday morning and we are gone all day. Get back to the room and we can't get in. The card doesn't work. So my husband goes to the office and no one is in the office. We have to call yet again to find someone. So she comes and let's us in.
Also finally got the ac to a comfortable temperature by the time we woke up Wednesday morning. So we leave for the day. Come back and I be damn if the ac is OFF and the room temperature is back up to almost 80. No we did not turn it off before we left for the day.

after a long 6 hour drive we decided it was finally time to get a room somewhere, we got here and ms kara was so sweet and welcoming and we sat there and talked as if we knew each other, she has a very welcoming and approachable personality. they’re so sweet and is not shy to greet you when you happen to pass by them. ms christy (if i remember her name correctly) got our room all cleaned up and ready for us within a few minutes of being here. thank yall for the amazing service yall provided us.

My group stayed here on our way to Gulf shores. We did not need anything fancy just a place to sleep. The hotel did not look anything like it was advertised, it was much more runned down. The rooms at first glance looked ok but upon father inspection there was old hair on the pillows and others were dirty. The towel for showers were dirty but folded as if they were clean, one of our rooms had no toilet paper, one of the rooms just had sheets on the bed but nothing more. We been driving for about 12 hrs at that point and all of us were tired but due to lack of security or feeling of safety two of our members stayed awake to watch the vehicles as there were people walking all around the hotel till about 4:30am. There is no breakfast as advertised and the lobby told us make coffee in the room. Overall it was dirty, unsafe, unsanitary and overpriced.

Nice room. Very clean. I was only in the room for a few hours so I only slept, didn't use the TV at all. Area was quiet so I got a good night's rest. There is a McDonald's and a Waffle House very close as well as a Dollar General.

Kara was very helpful and as accommodating as possible, the ice machine was broke and she was unable to fix that and that is not her fault. She helped us with recommendations of things to do in the area, and she was very helpful when the tv in our room wouldn’t work. We booked for one night and planned to move on, but because of Kara we booked for another night.

The staff who was there, it was just one lady, was so kind to us throughout our whole stay but y’all as the company needs to help that hotel it was so pitiful and that poor woman was trying to do everything y’all need to help your hotels and staff and that woman needs a raise or something so the staff is outstanding but the hotels need help from the company because the workers can only do so little to update and repair their hotel. Her name was Kara 🙂

The staff were very attentive and super friendly. Rooms were clean but the outside could use a good pressure washing.
