Please don’t stay here. I stayed here while my house is being renovated. The room I was given, I kept getting bitten by something while I was asleep. When I got up to go to the bathroom I had these bumps on my legs! The room had bedbugs. I was given another room that had roaches in the refrigerator and one of the cleaning ladies is extremely rude when you ask her for anything or even try to speak to her. When I complained about the cleaning lady the woman at the front desk said that they have issues with her all the time and have threatened their boss to quit if they had to keep working with her but they won’t fire her since it’s hard to find help. I wouldn’t waste my money here again.

We had been having a terrible time with other locations around Albany and walked out of another motel. The service alone in this place would make me come back. (Lady with red in your hair you saved our day)
Room was comfortable, clean, and quiet.

Wife said to mention good coffee too.

We spent the night here, on our way to visit historic Andersonville. We checked in late, and Toyo was a very nice receptionist. The place looked very nice….until we got in the room. The room was spacious, and comfortable; but the bad part is that there are roaches. Also, the bathroom was in disrepair; with the toilet seat broken, and a slow water flow. My three pet rabbit service animals didn’t seem to mind so much, and it was only for one night. The TV, and everything else; worked well. Would I stay here again? This place is a total dive. Filthy common areas, stained bed covers, sticky, dirty floors, bath doesn’t drain, doors are squeaky and loud so you hear everyone coming in and out of their rooms all night. Sketchy clientele, breakfast was awful, coffee undrinkable. Nothing good to say about this place besides that thé rooms are spacious.

This establishment offers a satisfactory and suitable accommodation option for short-term stays. It should be noted that the facility lacks an on-site gym and laundry service. The hotel is conveniently situated near the historic district of Albany, Georgia, and major shopping centers. The staff demonstrates a courteous and accommodating demeanor. I have utilized this establishment several times without encountering any issues or concerns.

Well no shower towels . Some little bugs on floor in bathroom , no shampoo or conditioner little bottles , no coffee in the room . Staff could not figure out how to split invoice for us sharing room purchase . Oh roosters crowing at 4:30 am. Not much of a breakfast bar coffee was strong and black best thing I liked . Oh the toilet rocks back and forth room 211 .

This thing wasn't so good. But after I d let the front desk know what was going on with our first stop, the no toiletries, just a hot mess, that's just to another room and everything was good.This is definitely my go to always.When I come in town to see my family. Would be a even better place if they had an elevator for the elderly customers instead of getting them to walk up.Those steps also need more handicap decal parking
