Horrible Hotel experience!!! We booked here for three days and certainly overpaid. My fiance works in the area but we live out of town. So we thought it would be good to stay in Albany while he works nightshift and enjoy the city some and he wouldn't have to drive back home each day. This hotel had no towels or rags. They continued to tell us they had laundry issues and would wash the towels at another hotel. I was given a pool towel and told to use that for the time being. 5 people in a room and only 1 towel and no rags. They advised that the hotel was booked and due to laundry issues there weren't towels available. So we had to go out and purchase our own. There is no heated pool or hot tub so don't be deceived by the picture online. The AC or heat did not work in the room and the front desk attendant had to reset it but it continued to go out. The toilet was filthy. We asked for a manager and no manager ever called or came. Even after we left, we were told she doesn't have a set schedule and they have no idea when she will be in. I called numerous of times before deciding to do this review. I will also be reporting to the BBB and Choice! I'm a choice member and have been for years and I have never experienced this kind of ridiculous service!

My stay wasn't comfortable at all. Had to switch rooms because the AC wasn't working. Moved to another non-smoking room with heat. Walked in and the smoke oder almost knocked me out. The furniture is dated, the mattresses are very hard, the tub has chipped paint. The walls need painting, the showerheads are very old, shower curtains are dirty, and did I mention the mattresses are hard and showers are horrible? If it's the Lords will, I will not stay here again. Sorry, but my truth.

for the price we paid at this location was absolutely ridiculous my wife and i thought this was going to be a good place to stay it was horrible. first thing the ac you could not turn off unless you unplug the unit, there was stains on the bedding, the bathroom wasn’t cleaned, toilet was so nasty I had to go and get cleaning supplies to clean it myself, the tub need to caulk removed and cleaned. mold was in the corner and the base of tub. had to constantly go to the desk to get card reprogrammed every time we left the room. the only reason we continue to stay is the hotels was sold out through out the city. we were so disappointed

Coffee pot broken , asked for (3) Days always an excuse. T.V. Not working when checked in ( hours later T.V. Replaced. No Hair Dryer asked (3) Days as we checked out they found one. Breakfast Buffett had Green Molded bread, no creamer for coffee asked attendant never reviewed creamer. The room had a pullover cover not secured to the couch. The Barhroom was just nasty. I stayed due to a golf outing in town and all rooms in town booked due to conference. We had to be staying in the rooms that they used to replace other rooms items as they broke. Due to checking in @5 pm ( booked weeks in advance) we probably were put into the rooms just to secure payment. Asked front counter attendants and all we received was the run around.

Amanda at front desk was really sweet. Checked out next day and I was told by a different staff that I had to sweep up my own rose petals in order to receive my deposit back. Policy says no deposit if room is damaged or smoked no deposit! Only two things that should have been a concern.

I will start off by saying the staff I encountered was super nice. That was the best part of the visit. The hotel could def use some upgrades. The stains on the furniture are unsightly and utterly disgusting. It was my first time staying at a Choice hotel and will be my last.

Update to respond: Your response was def very unprofessional. If you looked at my pictures before providing such a snarky response, I never mentioned the "cherry wood furniture". It's clear that the chair in the pic needs cleaning. You truly need a class on social media responses.

We have stayed at this motel several times, this was the absolute worst. We should have known when we opened the door and it smelled moldy, the room was filthy, dirt on the floors, the bathroom had not been cleaned, feces and urine on the toilet seat!!! Our shoes stuck to the floor when we walked across the floor. The smoke detector was falling off the ceiling. The curtains were falling off the rods. Just not a nice or clean place to stay. Too bad it is so convenient to the airport, we will not stay here again.

The carpet in on the stairs and in the hall on the 2nd floor are in dire need of being torn out and replaced as they are beyond needing shampoo. The door to the room is hard to open and closed we had to put some umph in it. Once I entered we discovered that the room was horrible as soon as you walk in you're hit by this hard to describe smell, it's a combo of musty, moldy and just dirty. Once you walk in right in front of the 1st bed the floor kind of sags/dip a little it is a weird feeling but not anything that will trip you up. The chair at the desk need to be tossed as it's totally peeling. The sheets on the 1st bed were stained. I went into the bathroom and tried to figure out the decorations on the bathtub walls. When leaving you see a big crack on top of the door on the left. The only bright spot is the desk workers they were very friendly.
I seriously doubt I will ever stay here again.
